From Sunrise... To Sunset...

I like working on the floor

I am fairly productive today.

Last night watch some drama till 12:30am, then sleep.. Woke up at 9:30am and too late to shower, so just went to SOCI.. Brought 3 pieces of bread, ate about 1 and a half during lecture.. Quite an interesting lecture.. FMST she talk quite fast but still can catch up, and she finished the whole chapter on divorce!! And then ECON he just rambled on and on about irrelevant stuff and I didn't pay attention, and finished my remaining bread..

After class, went back to Vanier, want to eat de but nothing good to eat.. Met Debbie, so went to her place and I sat there doing crossword.. Then 2pm went to WMST and she showed us pictures of women with bound feet.. So freaking tiny feet!!! It's damn disgusting la.. Luckily I didn't eat lunch before class lor..

3pm went to SUB and got A&W.. Mama burger and poutine.. Met Anna and we went to the prof's office. We ate there.. I think I was so hungry I must have finished my burger in 10 bites.. Then decided not to listen to the prof's nonsense anymore so we went to BUCH D and sat there with the computers trying to figure out ECON.. I got through about 2 questions from today's homework.. And ate my yummy poutine..

Then 5pm went to tutorial. He started talking about what he talked about already last class, so I stopped him and he did another question, but I understood it already so it was kinda wasting my time. And then 6pm+ went home dinner with Bern and Debbie.. I wasn't too hungry and so only ate a breaded fish.

I decided to go on an apple craze again so I got 4 bright and red and big Gala apples and went home at 7pm.. Showered and my new soap smells fantabulous! :) And then started doing work.. On the floor. I work better when I'm not sitting at my desk with loads of distractions..

So I put my old laptop on a stool, put my papers on top of a cardboard box and settle myself on a laundry net on the floor and I get to work. I was on Ubuntu, so the messaging is not very enticing, and neither is Firefox, so I got through about 2 questions.. But I feel that I understand a bit of it.. So it's okay.

And then ate apple.. And the shuai ge from ECON just called me! LOL. HE was asking about Problem Set 4 which I had not looked at.. We are gonna study early tomorrow morning!! And hopefully all day.. So I actually feel prepared??

I'm glad my old Toshiba hasn't died out yet after about 2.5 hours.. I hope I can use it more often!! And I'm planning to rearrange my room after seeing Sachi's room.. Big plans!! Of course, all for after FRIDAY!! The dreaded day that I will leave the slaughterhouse of ECON and be killed!!!! Wish me luck!!

Most Unproductive Day EVER!!!

Sigh today is the most unproductive day of my life!!

Wanted to sleep at 11:30pm, but cannot sleep, so online and watch WTTH and then slept at 12+.. Then got up around 9, showered an slack online an tried doing ECON, end up only did one miserable question till 11:30am.. Then met Aubrey for lunch.. Had noodle soup + veggies + chicken strips.. Saved 2 chicken strips for later.. Then went to ECON301 but class was cancelled.

So met Aubrey again and we went to Chan Centre to get free tickets to a concert for this Friday.. And then we headed to BUCH where she sat in her classroom and so did I, doing crossword.. Until about 1:30pm+ then I went home.

Should have gone home earlier la.. Then at least I could have done more ECON.. Anyway, did another one miserable question of ECON la.. Not even done yet.. Then 3pm headed to BUCH again.. So nervous for presentation!!

Me and Nicole were panicking, and E didn't even approach us to discuss anything, so we left it at that.. Presentation itself was strange, cos whatever I said, the prof was scrunching up her face as if she didn't know what I was talking about.. She nods at other people.. And the questioning part was 0_0 because people cannot define our question properly..

And we end up standing there like statues while the rest of the class argued.. Finally finished and then it's over!!! And then they launched into another idea and I just left on the dot.

Go work.. Not very busy.. Eric forgot to cook my pasta!!! So ended up getting potatoes, broccoli and chicken cordon bleu.. Came home, someone was hogging the microwave so I chatted with Sachi for about 10 minutes..

Ate, then tried doing ECON again.. Stuck again.. But due tomorrow, no choice must do something lah.. I want to die!! I feel that I understand the lecture but don't get anything when it comes to the questions.. Somebody please kill me now!!!!!!

Study Permit has arrived!

Last night decided to sleep early, so slept at about 10:30pm?? But cannot sleep well.. Too nervous I guess. Wanted to get up early but too tired, so got up around 8+, 9am.. Ate breakfast.. 2 pieces of bread.. And read a bit but kinda slacked..

SOCI midterm was stupid!! Whatever I memorized was not tested, and they tested all the tiny details in the readings.. Oh I just checked the book.. I think I got the short answer right because they asked who coined a phrase and I kinda remembered :) And one point I just guessed on the MCQ.. I'm feeling a bit better about it now..

FMST she talked pretty slow and she let us out at 11:30am.. LOL went to ECON early.. Then today's ECON was like shit, so confusing but later it kinda made sense as magic happens.. Oh well.. Then lunch was noodles + veggies + tofu.. Wanted Tomtom's pork but finish le..

And then tried reading the footbinding package for WMST but was too disgusting and cannot read while I ate.. And then WMST took notes on modern China history.. Then after that met Nicole and went to my place to work on the presentation..

We wrote the introduction, the conclusion and finished the powerpoint slides.. She left at 5+ and Debbie came and we had dinner at 6pm.. Pork masala, veggies and fetacheese+ spinach canneloni.. I should stop eating so much!

Came back, slack, then finish up the presentation stuffs, talk to Ppl.. Oh yes, I got my study permit in the mail today!! YAY!! No need to worry liao.. And then after that he nag nag and then finish liao I can't get started on studying for ECON.. Look at a bit, but no use..

End up chatting on MSN till now.. Aiyaaa... MUST START STUDYING TOMORROW!!!!!!!!! Hope my presentation goes well tomorrow..

Unproductive Sunday

Haizzzz today is NOT productive at all!!

Last night came back 1am+, slack online until 3am then sleep.. Today 11am woke up, then slack until 12pm, then call Debbie for lunch.. Woke her up hahaha.. We wandered around and finally ended up eating Italian sausage pizza. I had milk, which was weirdly sweet.. And then kiwi, cos Debbie say nice, but end up mine very sour..

Went piano and play till 2pm, then went home want to study de but end up slack, download drama, do this do that.. Then study a bit.. But still end up playing and slacking.. 6pm dinner had sweet and sour pork and tofu with veggies + fried rice.. SUPER NICE! Who knew Curtis was good at cooking Chinese food? :)

7+ go home slack, exchange songs with Debbie.. Then slack somemore.. Dunno what I doing lah, but still waste a lot of time lor.. Read a bit but cannot concentrate.. I think saturated liao.. Anyway the midterm's only worth 5%! But I mustn't be complacent.. But I think I give up studying for the night and sleep early, then wake up early tomorrow to cram...

Funnest weekend of all!!!!!

Oh my gosh I haven't been online for practically 2 days!! And blogging too eh?? Expect a looooong update on the past 2 days..

Friday morning got up 9:30am and too late to shower, so just went to SOCI and no time get breakfast too! So just went lor.. Nothing special.. Got our papers back.. OMG I GOT AN A!!!!!!!! So happy!!! I got 86/100 for the paper!!!! WOOTSSS!! Must keep up!

Then FMST copy notes like crazy, super messy. ECON was lost again.. So confusing!! I hope I don't screw up the midterm next Friday.. And then after that WMST cancelled mah, so just went home at 1pm and showered, then lunch at the caf.. Had gyozas (super hard), fried rice (super ex) and corn + peas.. Then 2pm+ finish liao just looked for a spot to study.. Ended up sitting at the end of the dining hall..

Sit there, copy FMST notes again.. And made SOCI notes.. And tried reading ECON textbook but it was useless... And I studied SOCI all day till 5pm.. CashierR was eating curly fries and I got hungry LOL.

5pm went home, online on old laptop and Debbie was asking me go sushi with Bernard and her.. Cos Bernie want, then ask us also.. I wanted to study, but okay lor, end up go at about 6:30pm.. Walked to Village, then I bought 6 bars of soap at Shoppers for $1.99! (Running out la..) And I got tempura rice.. And we got the food from a nice restaurant upstairs, got discount cos takeaway.. Then mine only $6.20..

Then go down food court there eat.. And went back at about 8+.. Debbie and Bernie went shower (ahem, separately) and I went to commons the big glass room. Super hot and warm!! Continue studying.. Then later they came to join me.. Study quite a bit, then 11:30pm start slacking le..

Then slack awhile, until 1am and all went to my room and watch Just Follow Law on Youtube. Damn hilarious, I was already laughing so much earlier with my stupidly lame jokes and puns, and the movie made my cheeks and tummy hurt too! HAHAHA!

And then finally finish watching at 3am!! And went to sleep.. My window was open a bit but it wasn't cold.. Slept till 11+.. Actually I was awake liao but very tired, so continue sleeping.. But hungry also.. And Aubrey called at about 12 and said she wanna come eat, so got up..

We shared chicken quesadilla and had bacon potato soup.. Not bad.. Bernie came to have soup too and then he left.. And then me and Aubrey went to the glass room again and we studied.. I went to find Debbie and later she joined us.. Before she did, this weird guy walked into our study room, sat down beside Aubrey, read a few pages of his book, closed his book and left. All within 5 minutes. THAT WAS SO CRAZY.

Cos it's a "meeting room", so if you see a bunch of people inside you won't go in de mah.. But this guy mad lahh.. Oh we were also talking to Selina on the phone.. Debbie came and we studied for 20mins without talking.. And then 3+ got distracted le, wanna eat curly fries.. Eat with Aubrey.. And study somemore..

Then 6+ got dinner.. Eric's sweet and sour pork, tofu and veggies.. Aubrey went home and then Bernard came.. He eat liao then we study, but very distracted lah.. Cannot concentrate. People were also walking around in costumes cos of Halloween dance, then 8+ the noise got too loud so we went to Debbie's lounge and study.. Oh we got bread from Hubbards too. For breakfast this week :D

Still kinda distracted, but finish making notes and I read and tested myself.. More or less know a lot of stuff ba.. And then slack again.. Take pics.. Bla bla bla.. And then 11pm got Chinese movie on TV, so we watch lor..

My Left Eye Sees Ghost.. Kinda boring at the start, and extremely confusing at the end.. But we discussed it and it made sense.. I was tired but didn't fall asleep :D Ate bread too.. My bread was partly whole wheat so it was crumby, not like Debbie's soft white bread.. Finish watching at 1am and come back lor.. So now blog about the past 2 days liao...

Lots of studying (IT WAS PRODUCTIVE!), lots of movies (1 per night), tons and tons of laughter, and exponential amount of cold jokes (by me).. Dunno what's wrong sia.. Hahaha. I have OCD lah, cannot sit still and study for long periods de.. =.= But this was a fun weekend.. Oh when I was getting curly fries I was telling the cashier we were studying then someone in line heard and say "No way! Are you serious??" And then I said we were studying last night too.. And he said, "What? Friday night? It's too much!" Hahaha studied, but we played too.. Happy happy.. I hope I will do well for SOCI cos I spent so much time on it!

Brain-fried..

Today passed by in a whoosh. Watched 3 episodes of WTTH and then slept last night at about 1am.. Then woke up at about 9:30am.. Wasn't going to online but just went on the old laptop and it lasted till 10:30am++ and I switched it off just because I had to go out.. Got ready..

Met Selina and Aubrey at 11am, we ate A&W.. Then 12:30pm me and Sharon went to ECON301.. Hahaha her horoscope was so zun about phone call.. Cos she was planning to call a tutor for ECON and the horoscope said a phone call will lead to a wise career move.. LOLS!!! Didn't really listen, then 2pm met Nicole and we went to my place..

Did the powerpoint, it took about 40 minutes and we spent the rest of the time on thinking about the intro but no progress.. E is not helping because I've been asking her for her points but she does not get them to me!!!!!! I just asked her over email and MSN and still no response! So I can't continue anymore with the essay and powerpoint.. Whatever!!

We went to class at 3:30pm and there was hardly anyone.. The presentation took the whole class.. Just sat there doing nothing.. Then go work.. Super quiet, cos all the 1st year people are doing Chem midterm.. Slack.. Then go home dinner.. Eric made me pasta.. But it was ravioli and it was really dry.. And veggies I got were super hard carrots..

Then tried to do ECON homework.. Then stuck, 9+ went over to Anna's place to "copy" and try to understand, and then visit Debbie, and came back at about 11pm.. Chat with Aubrey for quite a while then now gonna read ECON and watch WTTH and sleep..

Anyway so pissed off, ENGL the prof said that there would be a final exam after all, cos she says she HAS to give one, after all that hope of not having one cos she said so earlier.. SIGH SIGH. Won't have to study much anyway, so I hope it will be okay...

Productive day!!!!!!!!!!

Last night watch WTTH and sleep at 12.. Woke up at 9:30am+ hehehe.. And then showered. And 10+ went to get breakfast.. Got breakfast bagel with ham, cheese and egg.. And milk.. Didn't wanna risk spilling again so I drank it all before I went to FMST... Ate half the bagel before setting off to FMST.. And realizing I have forgotten to wear my watch =.=

Took notes like crazy.. And then went to ECON.. And I'm pretty happy to say that this is actually the first lecture that entirely made sense without me getting distracted with the crossword in the paper or spacing out on what he rambles on and on about. What he said today was actually useful AND important and most important of all IT MAKES SENSE! I am beginning to have the slightest hope now!

After class Wes looked at my laptop and it WAS the hard drive that was the problem, not the fan.. Bummer, now I can't use two laptops.. Went home, got something for WMST, and went to print out my essay and handed it in early :) And WMST was just watching video..

After that went home.. On the way talked to last year's ECON prof and what he said kinda discouraged me, about how Econ is all about MATH MATH MATH. Anyway, went home.. Online on my old laptop and it was only about half an hour before the noise got really scary and so I switched it off and studied SOCI. I DIDN'T SWITCH ON THE COM FOR AN HOUR!!

Made some notes on the important points.. And then 5pm went to ECON tutorial. He went through questions in the problem sets which were rather useful I think?? More hope, more hope! Went back dinner with Debbie and Bernie (hey it rhymes!)..

Ate seafood pasta and veggies.. Oh we were talking about ways to get a Canadian passport.. ROFL funny lah. Then went home, slack and don't feel like doing anything.. 8pm+ started looking at the presentation essay.. Proofread it, and I added a whole new argument..

I was gonna start the conclusion, and I wanted E to tell me what her points were about, cos I don't understand her chimchim style of writing.. She refuses to tell me, and I guessed and she say I guess wrong.. WA LAO EH so now she is the one not contributing at all lor!! Screw it lah, tomorrow then settle with Nicole about the intro and conclusion and powerpoint.. *grumble grumble* PEK CEK!!

Anyway now slack and gonna sleep later.. I should change my name to Nikkie, so the three of us will be Nikkie Debbie and Bernie.. Or as Debbie says.. Nikkidoodledee, Bernerbooboobaa and Debbiebababee!!! :D Cuteness.

Good and bad day

Today is a good and bad day.

Last night finished downloading the OS, then installed it onto the old Toshiba.. It works!! Ubuntu is the OS I'm talking about, and it looks so Mac-like! Went to sleep at 12+, then woke up at 9:30am..

Fiddle more with Ubuntu until the fan started making noise.. Online.. Copy SOCI notes until 11+, then got ready and went to lunch.. Had cheese ravioli (super dry) and corn.. Went to ECON301.. Sharon was late.. Yan was absent.. LOL.. I didn't really listen, just chat chat and read SOCI.

2pm+ was going to study with Amos etc. but nobody answered my calls so I went to Koerner and continue copying notes.. Finish liao, then went to get iced cappucino.. Met Ian from ENGL, then chat with him for awhile.. He's from Malaysia! I could tell his Singlish accent lol..

Then 3pm went to find N.. We went to sit inside the class, and while proceeding to sit down, I had put my cappucino on the desk attached to the chair, and somehow managed to flip the desk so that the whole cup landed on the floor with a thud and coffee was EVERYWHERE.

Haha and so I was stunned for a moment, and me and Nicole (yes, that's N) ran to the washroom to get paper towels. Sapna happened to be there and she joined us in getting paper towels.. Then not enough, went back for more.. Joyce was also there and she joined our paper-getting gang.. Hahah after about 3 rounds we got most of the coffee mopped up and the floor was still stick.. So I made a big sign saying "DO NOT SIT" and put it on the chairs..

LOL super malu lah. Luckily it happened before class started and before the prof came to class.. And not that many people were in the class yet :P I was sad I didn't have my cappucino to sip in class during the two boring presentations.. Actually the first one was quite hilarious..

And then the second group took so long that I had to leave first.. Went to work.. Then they had potato wedges! I got Dhirend to save me some.. And then I was quite busy.. Cos today got butter chicken.. Sold out most stuff.. And just before I closed I went to get a pork chop from Stone Hearth and I managed to get the 2nd last one!! :D At first decided to get just that, but later on just before they close got broccoli, so got it.. I seem to be a broccoli freak :D

Went home, eat.. Very nice!!! Watched WTTH.. And then slack.. Chess with Bernie and lost! And did some ECON, and finished up WMST paper.. YAY I can hand in tomorrow!! (It's actually due Friday).. And then now gonna watch WTTH again and sleep! Tomorrow Wes will look at the laptop fan for me and hopefully fix it! And no SOCI class! YAY!!! Can wake up late :P

Crazy bear madness

Hahaha today is rather productive!! Slept at about 12am and woke up at 7:30am and talked to mama.. Talked till 8+ and then went to shower.. Got chocolate croissant and milk from the caf and ate in SOCI discussion.. Sort of discussed some stuff.. Then lecture was super fast, I couldn’t catch any notes at all.. =.=

FMST she talked relatively slow today, so my handwriting was big and bubbly and my hand didn’t die! Walked so fast to ECON that I wasn’t late :D and in fact 3 minutes early! The prof was talking about some very obvious idea so I half listened and did the crossword.. Went back to get lunch..

Got this sandwich thingy from the pizza station and it was boiled peppers and zucchinis and eggplant.. With salami inside.. Not bad.. Also got broccoli, which she gave me a ton.. Went back to eat and edit my essay, then went to WMST at 2pm..

WMST discuss more about geisha.. And my 4th finger on the left hand started peeling under the nail.. It was damn painful lah.. After that went to print my essay, then went home, talk to Debbie online, copy SOCI notes, ate Bernard’s biscuits.. Then 6pm went dinner..

We took extremely long to decide if we want the Ginger Pot chicken.. But end up got chicken thighs, veggies and potatoes from Stone Hearth.. I got milk too! My 2nd glass of milk today.. So guai.. Eat liao and then we went my room to slack..

At first wanna slack till 7:30pm de but end up play till 8pm.. We were playing with the 4 coloured bears and Pooh bear and Prince Meh Meh.. We took videos of the bears and later on use webcam to video some really retarded stuff.. Will put up the videos and pictures later when I feel like it.. Hahaha..

Then I copied more SOCI, and started WMST paper.. Wrote about one page, and then now give up.. Oh yes in the afternoon I was also fiddling with my old darling Toshiba.. Reformatted it, everything inside is GONE!!!!!! Because I had problems booting up.. Now everything gone liao still got problem, so now downloading another operating system and try to make it work.. And I hope the fan doesn’t give me more problems!!

Now gonna sleep ba.. Let the thing download while I sleep.. Tonight was really crazy with Debbie.. We are so mad and retarded.. LOL..

Finally done

Oh my gosh I finally "finished" the essay.

So I was trying to do ECON earlier but obviously got stuck and pushed it aside. I was feeling bummed so I just sat around and stared at the essay with a throbbing headache. At 6pm went for dinner but not much appetite, had chicken breast and veggies.. Went to Debbie's place for about 20 minutes and then came back.. Continue typing a little bit.. Then talk to Ppl.. He sounded so serious.. SIGH pressure to study, BIG TIME. I'm trying my hardest already. Who knew 2nd year would be so tough?

Anyway, after that talked to Hianez online, and finally got to the love part of my essay.. Wrote a good 3 paragraphs on that, and finally put in the finishing touches.. Now still no conclusion, but whatever, it's more or less done already. So I'm gonna sleep now and wake up early tomorrow to talk to mama again!! I'm glad this is sort of over..

More RANT!

So last night slept at 2:30am.. Then woke up at 11am.. Wanted to sleep more but decided to get up and do work.. But slack until 12+.. Ate Aubrey's chestnut swiss roll. Not bad.. Then tried to do more.. Now stuck at 3.5 pages.. No more ideas liao.. Ate instant noodles at 2+.. And watch WTTH.

Sigh, I realize I have an extremely busy week coming up. And there's so much to do.. On top of the groupwork conflicts currently going on..

N just called me back at 3pm and she was also ranting.. How that #&$*$ plagarized our work by modifying all our ideas.. N was pissed off because of that, and I said I was pissed because the ^&@*# didn't use my points at all.. So apparently last night N sent #^&$* an email saying how offended she was.. And then I guess E is just not happy that we are not satisfied with what she has put a lot of effort on, so she just sends over all our parts put together in one document and leave us to write the introduction and conclusion.. And she even had the cheek to say whatever crap she wrote before was hers and could we please delete it because by her "literary rights" mean that if we copied any of that piece we would be plagarizing..

And N was ranting about how she wouldn't even want to use E's "stinkin' ideas" and if we just used that original essay then the prof would know that E did everything and we did nothing.. Well it's just because all our writing styles are different and whatever me and N do are just entirely wrong according to E..

OH WHATEVER! SCREW THAT BITCH. Now me and N have to come up with something by "fuckin' Thursday" because E wants it done by then even though we present the Tuesday after this week.

Gonna take a break, will do some ECON now.

All thanks to besties in rez.. Debbie and Bernard!! And of course, the most hilarious movie I've seen in a long time: License to Wed..

It's so funny that we were laughing nonstop throughout the movie.. Well, I was anyway.. I laughed till my stomach and cheekbones hurt.. I loved the funny puns and jokes they make.. It's like.. Hard to understand but really funny when you get it..

The only one I remember was the reverend asking Ben: "So, what else do you do? Well, besides Sadie.." HAHAHAHAHA If you don't get it then NEVER MIND!!!!!!

Oh, and Mandy Moore is still as pretty as ever! I thought she was pretty, then I recognized her mole on her face.. But yea, and the guy is pretty cute too, like from Spiderman that one..

And we just finished and we 3 were chilling on my bed.. Taking silly pics.. Then they left and now it's late but I dun wanna do work anymore.. But I dun wanna sleep.. Oh well I'll just slack.... BUHBUHBUH.

RANT!!!!

Heh last night couldn't get to sleep cos I ate chocolate quite late.. End up sleep at 12+.. And woke up at 7+ talk to mama a few minutes only cos I say I very tired.. Then went back sleep lor.. Sleep till 11am :D Finally got up.. Slack around..

12pm want to lunch de, but Debbie said she eat liao so I just sat in my room and wrote a page of my essay first.. I'm just writing random paragraphs, will put it all together later on.. Then about 1pm went to get lunch.. Ended up talking to supervisor for half an hour first, then I got noodles + tofu + sausages.. Bring home eat.. Then watch WTTH.. Slack.. Fiddle with iTunes and Winamp.. Until 4pm =.=

Then wrote another page.. And then stuck.. Then 5:30pm dinner with Aubrey and Debbie. Shared chicken balls and sausage with Aubrey, then I had samosa and lots of veggies.. Haha and I'm not even that full.. Oh well. Aubrey brought over some swiss roll YAY! Dessert later! Then 7:30pm+ went back..

Stupid E is telling me my damn part of the presentation is totally useless and it has nothing to do with our topic, which is ethics. She sees N's part and said it was fine.. Oh well, I'm not a psychology major right? So I'm not familiar with the topic on ethics.. She claims I'm just describing the book.. So she's using N's part for our essay and so that means I totally wasted my night last night trying to do my part for the presentation. And what if E claims that I didn't contribute to the project?? I made it clear that I was going to do the powerpoint so yea at least I'm doing something lah.

And now it's pissing me off so badly I don't even have the mood to write my own essay. I have the general ideas but you know what I mean.. After being deemed as useless in a group project, you start to have doubts about your own writing skills.. Screw you bitch!

Productive night

So, I folded my clothes and went to dinner with Debbie.. Bumped into Selina and Michelle but didn't sit with them.. Had masala potato and chicken breast and garlic bread.. We yakked about our childhood and old days.. And then went to my room.. And then play piano, from 8 till almost 9pm..

Came home.. I started on my 2 pages for my presentation right away.. Keep writing, and now I'm done! Gonna sleep early and then wake up early tomorrow to talk to mama and then start for real on my 7 page term paper for ENGL! ARRRGH! I look forward to starting, except I don't know what are my points going to be. My fingers are hyper tonight from typing..

Oh yes, I was rinsing out my jeans and then now they are dripping into the pail and drying.. :D Good night!

Clean-the-room day!

Lalala. Last night I lost the game of chess to Bernard.. And slept at 12+.. Woke up at 8:30am+ and showered, then 9+ went to get breakfast.. Scone + apple juice again (same as Wednesday). This time I put the apple juice in my mini 330ml bottle.. And it lasted me all day..

Ate half the scone in SOCI, and listen, cos my notebook ran out of paper.. And then FMST my handwriting today was bubbly :) And ECON was the so-called "guest speaker" but it was actually a substitute cos the prof couldn't make it to class. Eric came in late and he looked stunned and half-turned back to leave but ended up taking a seat. A different guy came in later and did exactly the same, but Eric's expression was priceless. And I ate the rest of my scone.

Damn full, went to caf to do crossword and wait for Debbie, she came at 1+. I was actually full, so didn't feel like eating. But ended up eating mashed potatoes and mixed veggies.. Went to WMST and discuss the transcript of the video.. So funny, she wrote on the board with a permanent marker and I realized it the moment she took it out of her bag but decided it would be rude to interrupt the discussion. And she realized at the end of class but couldn't do anything about it.

Walked home.. It was raining earlier and I didn't have my boots on so my socks were wet again. Went home, started laundry, vacuumed my room, got a bucket from the caf to soak my jeans, put the clothes in the dryer, slack online, blog-hop, check clothes, stupid dryer never dry properly, need to dry another time, now waiting and slacking.

Gonna check now, and then dinner with Debbie later and I WILL START MY PAPER!!!!!! And my part for ENGL presentation, which E is chasing me for. Oh yes, my sore throat is gone!!!!!!! So while slacking just now I munched on the Cheerios Nacho Feast muahahahaha!! I LOOOOOVE junk food! Will take a little cough syrup later cos the cough appears to be back but who cares!!!!!!!! YAAY!

The rest of the night..

So work was quite busy, and then I got off at 7:15pm for once and had dinner with Anna.. I had roast chicken spaghetti made by Eric, but it was too greasy and I didn't finish it.. Went home at 8pm, online, slack, read WMST, and then Bernard and Debbie wanted to watch movie..

But discuss so long end up also no movie to watch, so now I stopped reading and playing chess with Bernard.. We started at 10:30pm and we just finished a draw game.. Another match now.. Hahaha..

Tomorrow MUST start working on paper!!!!!!

Rainy day and class is cancelled

Weehee, I'm blogging early cos my ENGL class is cancelled..

This morning was gonna wake up early but ended up waking up at 10:30am reluctantly, then meet Selina and Aubrey at Vanier to eat lunch.. Had yesterday's pork stew, peas and pasta.. Then slack.. 12:30pm went to sit ECON301 CC's class. Quite useful, I should start going again.. LOL sound like I'm going to church or something..

Then went to library slack online, bought TimBits and went to read novel.. Then go in ENGL class, but 15 minues passed and that means the prof is not coming and class is cancelled.. Came home in the heavy rain (I LOVE my boots!) and this is what I found:

Spill-a-drink day

As the title goes, it's a day to spill your drink.

Got up reluctantly at 8+ with a sore throat still, and showered. After that, went to caf and got a scone and apple juice. Went to SOCI. Since the apple juice was still cold, I just left it aside. The seat where I usually sit in SOCI; the floor at that seat was a spilled cup of coffee. So I just sat a row up. Slides went too fast as usual, and then went to FMST.

Carried along my apple juice. It was raining and cold and I got to FMST. Copied tons of notes, couldn't even get all of them down and had to borrow Eva's.. As class ended, Sonia from the front row was putting on her jacket and "piak" went my juice. I didn't even have time to drink it and it was more than half gone. Dunno why the lid came out as well. Hmmph! She just said sorry and I pretended not to be pissed but I was. What a waste of my money! And hard effort to de-cold it!

Went to ECON, super late cos I went to toilet first. And then when I got to class, the only available seat in my area was one seat with spilled coffee on the seat next to it. So I sat through 50 minutes smelling the icky smell of coffee. And as usual he rambled on about whoknowswhat.

Dunno why, but I went to find Debbie. End up tapao pork stew + corn + peas to her room and eat, very nice! And then 2pm went to WMST. No spilled drink in this class, thank goodness. Discuss the 3 geisha texts.. Boring.

3pm went home, slack, listen radio, download songs, copy notes.. Until 5pm then went to ECON tutorial. Didn't realize it was raining terribly and didn't wear my boots, so my shoes and socks got wet! It has to rain when I'm not wearing boots! This morning I wore it but it wasn't that heavy rain. =.=

Came home, changed, and dinner with Debbie. Bernard ditched us and missed his favourite Italian Wedding soup.. Hehehe. We had pasta carbonara.. Garlic sauce spaghetti with bacon and peas.. Super nice! But spicy! And pork, which was super tough. I also had veggies!

After that, heavy rain like siao, so Debbie came to my place to hide from rain.. Talk.. Took out my Christmas lights, only to my dismay that half of the bunch is not working for a strange reason. So saddd!! And then we looked at past photos.. And she went back at 8+.. And I slack and read the novel for ENGL. And painted my nails purple + silvery pink, very nice! And my toenails bright orange-red.

And now I'm supposed to chess with Bernard but he's too busy watching his TV shows, so I shall go and sleep!

Boring day

Today my cough is much better but still have a very bad sore throat.. Was gonna sit in ECON226 at 10am but was too tired to get up at 9, so slept till 10+.. Got ready, go out, then met Selina and Aubrey at 11am..

Went to Selina's place, and we cooked seafood pasta with cream of mushroom sauce! It was soooooo yummy! Cooked for an hour, ate for an hour, then watch TV till about 2pm, then they went to class and I went home to watch the geisha video..

3:30pm went to ENGL and she lectured, very boring, dun really understand some parts.. Then 5pm work.. Damn busy.. Aubrey dropped by with lozenges.. :) Went home and ate leftovers from today's pasta with broccoli.. Slack, talk to Ppl, then do ECON homework.. By 9+ I was hungry cos there wasn't very much pasta..

But didn't eat anything, then 10+ "finish" ECON and then finished up the geisha video.. Now gonna sleep lor.. I hope no more sore throat tomorrow!! I wanna eat more food! Like I can't eat anything now.. All forbidden.. =.=

Seeing the doctor

So, today was okay. Last night slept well, only woke up a few times coughing. Woke up and damn tired at 8+.. Should be getting back to normal lah, actually feel tired.. Then get ready and went to SOCI discussion. I felt very alert, not sick at all, only a few coughs. Discussion the class also very sleepy, so nothing much to talk.

Lecture was too fast, I nibbled on my funny-tasting cake and took some notes. FMST was worms again. Then ended 20 minutes early, so I was 10 minutes early for ECON. Went through some examples in ECON, it does make some sense. And then went back put down stuff, then went to lunch..

Had corn and chicken and creamy turkey vegetable soup.. Nice.. Then Bernard came and chat for awhile, then I left. Went to find Aubrey, then told the prof I have to go see doctor, then went off with Aubrey. 2pm++ catch the bus, raining and damn alot of people.. Sian, fell asleep. Sat for 45 minutes.. And then go to doctor that time no sore throat no cough no nothing =.=

And he didn't even listen properly when I listed my symptoms. He listened to my back and said my lungs were fine. He prescribed a cough mixture. And then charged $60, but bargain until $40. Went to London Drugs to get the medicine.. WTH $21 lah!! So expensive. And then my sore throat and cough immediately returned after I left the clinic =.=!!!!!!!!!!!! Felt so cheated.

Bus back at 4pm, cannot sleep. Then 5pm reach home.. Took shuttle bus home :) Met an old friend and made a new one :) Go home, talk on phone with Selina, and then shower.. Dinner at 6pm with Bernard and Debbie.. I had mashed potatoes, veggies and perogies.. Too full.

After that went home, slack, play chess with Bernard, talk to Ppl, copy SOCI notes until now.. Time for chess again with Bernard! I made him study first hahaha. And I drank lots of water tonight! Hope I get well soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! G'nite!

Slacky slacky day

Ah. So last night I was panicking about chest pain. But coughed quite a bit during the night.. Woke up at 7am online and talk to Ppl and mama.. Still a little chest pain.. Then talk till 8+.. Then I slack.. Play chess.. Then I forgot what I did all day..

12pm watch WTTH, then 12:30pm lunch with Aubrey.. I didn't dare to eat fast, so I nibbled on mushrooms and tofu (both of which were really nice), and broccoli and cheese soup with crackers.. Then 1+ went to Buchannan and print essay, 2+pm go home..

Slack, play more chess, then I'm so happy when I actually win! And then 4pm went to do ECON homework with Anna. I already did up to question 3, so I did 4 and we were stuck at 5 and 6. Went to my room get stuff, go explore her room then dinner at 6pm with Debbie and Bernard and Anna.

I had veggies (so much carrots I felt like a rabbit).. And half a roast beef + tomato + provolone cheese sandwich.. Sooooo good. But didn't wanna eat so much, so saved half and ate it just now. Came home, slack, copy SOCI notes.. Play more chess!!! :D I'm like addicted to it..

Oh yea, just now the chest pain suddenly disappeared and turned into a sore throat until now.. I'll rather have sore throat than chest pain lah.. Aiyoh.. Tomorrow should be seeing doctor.. Gonna slack for the night then sleep..

Paper is DONE!

So last night online until 11pm, then went to sleep even though crazy party outside. Still coughed a bit, then woke up at 8am. Slack a bit, then work on the paper.. Not much done, until 12pm lunch with Debbie and Aubrey. I had chinese food + croissant. Weird. Then went back..

Aubrey come talk awhile, then we went to her place cos she has the Microsoft Office CD!! YEA!!! So brought back and installed.. And it works with Vista! :) 2pm start paper again.. Do.. And play game on computer.. I played chess and won one game against the com!! :D

Finish paper at 5:30pm, finally! So happy! And I had miraculously stopped coughing, except when I talk.. Went for dinner with Debbie and Bernard at around 6pm. Eric gave me a mountain of noodles, broccoli beef and tofu. Ate halfway cannot finish le.. Finish eating got this funny chest pain, like something pressing against my chest bone..

Went to Debbie's place to slack, and they complained about Bio.. And I was complaining of my chest pain.. And I was getting scared, what if it's bronchitis or pneumonia.. I got really worried. And Debbie let us try her nice nice green tea.. Then went back around 8+.. Wait for Ppl online, but never, so I ask mama to call me.. They called and I told them, but Ppl say no need worry, tomorrow then see how..

Then watch last 2 episodes of my drama.. YAY now finally finish. And chest still hurting, and coughing.. Will go sleep now, wake up tomorrow early to talk to mama and Ppl.. I hope it doesn't worsen. But I intend to go to the doctor soon... We'll see.

Terrible day

Today, my heart is shattered into a million pieces. I am disappointed, depressed, and dead.

Last night, couldn't sleep cos kept coughing like crazy for 3 hours. 1am went to bed, but 4am then sleep, after taking cough syrup. Woke up at 9am, showered then got cheese croissant and went to SOCI.

Ate only half, because it tasted like glue today. Urrrgh. Class seemed to go on forever.. Sian.. FMST.. Took half a page of notes and then she talked about the final exam.. And passed around midterm marks. OMG I got 68% lah........... So disappointed AGAIN. Really have nothing to say liao. I dunno what is happening to me at school this year.

Got out half an hour earlier, so dropped by the hospital to see if I could manage to do anything with my expired health insurance card.. Apparently not. So went to ECON. On the way there tears welled up in my eyes cos I felt extremely down. 3 midterms done terribly, and I have a bad cough but I refuse to see the doctor cos I don't have health insurance... But I didn't cry. I blinked the tears away..

Class was okay.. Then went with Anna run around campus find people, then lunch at 99 Chairs.. I had udon.. Then 2pm WMST. On the way there I took very very nice pictures of the sunny campus. Brightened my mood up a little..

I really loved how you can see all the pretty fall colours within one landscape.. Stunning.

WMST discuss newspaper article.. Then I went home, and slack online, tried to do paper but unsuccessful. Then 4:30pm+ went out.. Met Debbie at bus loop, we went to see the homestay place..

Aiyoh, we kept getting lost.. Finally found the place, very nice.. Then she sat us down and her son started chattering to us nonstop, with very stupid and lame cold jokes.. And then the lady let us try some honey ginger which was absolutely UUUGGGGH cos I dun like ginger..

We left around 7 and bus back to UBC. Ate Chinese rice at the Village. OMG worst meal I've ever had lah. Worse than the caf. It was 3 items + rice for $4 cos night special.. I had tomato-egg, where the egg didn't taste like egg.. And veggie which was so tough it's impossible to chew.. And some sweet and sour chicken which was more flour than chicken. And noodles weren't that great. Cough until also no appetite then ate half then dun wan le lor. Oops wasete food.

Ambled back to rez.. Haha on the way Debbie went mad singing songs and she got extremely high like any other drinking person on campus on Friday night.. LOL.. I felt too sick to high with her. Bleh, 9pm come home.. My floor is partying like crazy lah, then I wanted to sleep, but too full, so come online awhile..

I aim to finish SOCI paper tomorrow!!! Likely impossible but I WILL AIM ANYWAY...

Essay moving along well..

Oops it's 12:30am. Last night Bernard came and we watched Bridget Jones Diary.. I got quite sian in the middle of the movie cos Bernard was wrestling my bear and he made its arm stuffed into itself so it had a little stump for an arm. When I saw that I pulled it out but all the cotton had been compressed and the cloth was loose.. I was really upset..

Slept at 1am, then woke up 8:30am.. Washed up and then started SOCI essay.. I managed to write quite a bit, about 200 words.. Then 11am met Aubrey for lunch at caf.. Saw Bernard but half-ignored him. And Aubrey scolded him too, cos she's the grandma of my bear :P

Then at 12pm she came to my room and I help her look at essay proposal.. Turns out her main idea wasn't that clear so we brainstormed and came up with a really good argument.. Then 1pm she left and I continued with my essay.. Another 100 or so words?? Then 2:30pm went to group meeting, except E didn't show up so me and N were chatting randomly. I ate a sausage bun..

ENGL started with a presentation, and I couldn't stop coughing and had to leave the room for a while.. Then came back.. Then we did group work and discuss some stuff.. Then pick up midterms.. I got 13.3/20.. It's....... Not very satisfactory but what can I do..

Work.. Dinner was turkey schnitzel and broccoli.. Eat, watch drama. Then continue with SOCI essay at 8:30pm.. Did for about 1 hour+.. Now at 600+ words.. Very good progress I must say.. But running out of stuff to crap about..

10+ went to Debbie's place for blueberry pie.. Sat on the floor using the suitcase as a table.. Then we trailed off and talked about religion.. LOL we are both very similar indeed.. And then studied our toes.. Her toes are different lengths!! LOL and talked about other stuff.. Fun.. Talk until 12+ now come back lor..

Tomorrow must continue to work hard on essay!!!

Most depressing day of my life

Sigh, most depressing day of my life.

Morning wake up with the strangest dream in my entire life. I will not proceed to narrate it here, but it was really, really STRANGE. Showered, then got a cheese croissant and went to SOCI. Cheese croissant was nice.. Lecture was okay. FMST was mad scribbling as usual. ECON was new topic..

1pm went to print my WMST essay, and back to Vanier for a lonely lunch. I had Asian noodle soup, chicken and veggies. Then went to WMST. After that went to pick up ECON midterm. Queued for 15 minutes!!! Sigh I am SO disappointed.

Average is 60 and I got 54! OMG. I worked hard for this, and this is like a slap in the face. No, make that 2 slaps in the face. Sigh. Depressed, then went to Shoppers.

Got dishwashing liquid for 99cents :D And green tea bags for $1.99 And cough syrup for $6.99. Walked home. Took the cough syrup. Anna came over, chat a bit then went to caf to get snack. I got mashed potatoes.. 5pm ECON tutorial, he explain the midterm, and we were all arguing for marks.. Useless, cannot get any.

Came home, dinner with Anna, Debbie and Bernard.. Had nuggets, pasta and veggies.. Until 7+ then went home.. Started on SOCI essay. Talked to Ppl for a long time, now worried about my major le.. Then continue essay.. 100 words liao!!

Now gonna watch Bridget Jones' Diary hehehe.

Slacky day, so lazy

Last night I watched one and a half episodes, till 12:30am then sleep.. In the middle of the night I woke up with the reminder that I had a WMST paper due on Wednesday. It wasn't even a dream, I just woke up, thought of it, and went straight back to sleep. Hahaha.

Woke up at 8:30am, then slack online, tried to start WMST paper. Then I got too hungry, so showered and went to the caf. End up only got honey water. Went back, continue type.. 12+ went lunch with Debbie.. I had veggie, and pasta with mushroom tomato sauce. No meat sauce, and the sauce was super sour until I almost puked. Disgusting. No meat, so I wasn't full. I think I must have been a carnivore in my past life (and maybe this one too)..

After lunch, went to pack up, then piano with Debbie. Until 2+, then I met E and N and we discussed more about our presentation. Then class was super boring. Presentation, then she lectured on and on and on and I didn't know what she was talking about, and I got so sleepy at one point I zonked off into dreamland for 10 minutes.

Finish, then go work. Quite a lot of people. Sold 4 pans of butter chicken in about an hour! After work went home eat pasta and broccoli. Then slack.. Talked to Ppl for half an hour =.= And then I worked on WMST. Still no inspiration to write, but managed to finish. Now gonna watch drama!!! :)

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!!!!

Uh oh. There goes another day!

So last night I slept at 12:30am and got up today at 10 oops. Was too tired. Showered, then copied SOCI notes.. Stupid sia, so much to copy.. Until 12pm then took an hour break and got Chinese food from caf and watched Episode 11.. Then continued and finished copying at 2+..

Then Bernard came over and we watched Bridget Jones' Diary 2.. Hahaha it was quite hilarious. Halfway through the movie we were hungry so went to the caf.. I had cookie + cappucino.. Fattening!! Then finished the movie around 5pm.. =.= Wasted so much time!

And then I started reading the 12 page paper for my SOCI.. Took notes on it. Read 2 pages and then went to dinner at 6pm. Thanksgiving dinner!!! Turkey, mashed potatoes, corn and stuffing!! Yumm yumm. Followed by blueberry pie at Debbie's place which she brought back.. Me and Bernard and Debbie were going crazy in Debbie's room.. And I called the homestay lady and we started making plans for Christmas.. Also watched a really really sad MV.. So FUN!!!

Until 8:30pm finally came back, and within this 1 hour I've only read another 2 pages.. I'm taking notes!!! So.. I am actually digesting it.. So I will try to read as much as I can tonight!!! I was also downloading LOADS of drama to watch during holidays with Debbie :D And moving stuff to my external hard drive.. Okay, back to work!!! Arrrgh school tomorrow!!!!!

Drama day

Okay, so I watched 7 episodes of Like Father Like Daughter today, then went for dinner at 6:30pm.. Was gonna tapao again but saw Michael, so we ate together at the caf.. Came home.. Slack.. Then 8:30pm went to piano, until about 10.. I made it through one of the difficult chords! YAY!

I declare tomorrow to be SOCI + drama day.. I will have to copy out SOCI notes.. And try to get started on the stupid paper which is due *GASP* in a week. UH OH!!!! And I will try to finish the drama as best as I can.. Hehehe. I love it when everyone else has midterms and I don't HOHOHO.

Music And Lyrics ROCK!

Woooots. Watched Music And Lyrics starring Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore.. WOW the movie stunned me from beginning to end, from the funny PoP! video to that very last kiss. Love all the songs in it.. Of course "Way Back Into Love" and I also liked "Don't Write Me Off".. The storyline is very simple and of course predictable, but nonetheless I liked it.. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Slept at 10:30pm and got up at 7am.. Talked to mama from 7:30am.. Talked for a whole hour. Then went to get breakfast and there were only like.. 5 people in the whole caf?? WOW empty. Got a blueberry pastry and honey water..

Came back, watch drama. I got an omelette at 1pm for lunch.. Continue drama.. Just watched 3 episodes of "Like Father Like Daughter".. The SGdrama starring Joanne Peh as a gangster girl.. Quite ok..

And I just found the soundtrack of Music And Lyrics!! Who knew Hugh Grant could shake his butt so well, and at the same time sing?!?! Hahaha. Me gonna enjoy the soundtrack and watch more drama! And I should spend this free time playing more piano..

Gone into hibernation

HOOOO. Back from the dead. Oh yes, I died and now I'm back.

Yesterday was super happening lah. First, I got up at around 8+, and went to caf to eat breakfast at 9am.. Ate a blueberry muffin which was too sweet and orange juice that was too sour. Urrrrgh. Studied FMST.. Went to SOCI at 10. Here's the catch: I didn't actually manage to get to SOCI..

I walked the normal route to the Geog building, but the entire road was blocked with yellow "Caution!" tape.. So I took a big loop on the left and went around Henry Angus.. But when I got to Koerner, that area was blocked too.. There were Patrol people everywhere, and even the firetruck and ambulance were there.. Apparently there was a bomb threat in the Math portable.

When I heard that, I thought.. Hmm. I should not risk going to class (near the "bomb threat") and spend the time studying for my midterm instead. So I headed to Woodward and did that, slacking online as well.

Midterm at 11. Super hard, she asked all the First Nation stuffs, and not so much of the marriage stuff.. Dammit.. Then ECON was going over the midterm questions.. Arrrgh the class average is 60%.. Eeeeks. We are given the choice of picking it up today (er, yesterday? Friday lah) or next Wednesday... Cos Monday is Thanksgiving, no school. I decided to be smart and planned to pick it up on Wednesday so as not to spoil my long weekend HEHE.

Went home.. The roads were fine now.. Ate apples, went to piano. Cos gonna have lunch with Aubrey at 3pm.. 2pm WMST.. Then 3pm went to 99 Chairs eat.. I had Clubhouse Sandwich, with fries..

Then Aubrey wanna go out so went with her.. She didn't buy anything but I ended up getting Memoirs of a Geisha the novel for $5.50!! :) I finally have the book! YAAAY! Scouted several dollar shops too. Went back Village and Aubrey got her groceries..

Took the shuttle bus back to her place and we slacked.. I had a headache so lie down down for awhile and then 8pm went to cook dinner.. Cooked scallop potatoes, veggies, salmon and mushroom soup.. Not bad.. But I was feeling worse and worse.. Went home at 10+pm, brush teeth then went straight to bed at 10:30pm.

Slept.. Felt like I was burning at 3:30am.. So took a Panadol.. I guess it was fever.. Sleep somemore.. Till 10:30am.. Burning again.. Took another Panadol.. Sleep somemore.. Felt so comfy I didn't feel like getting out. Sleep again till 3:30pm.. So that's 17 hours of sleep!!!! Never try before sia.

Finally got up, still a bit headache and sore throat.. Showered, and went to get food.. Got some pasta, meatballs and veggies. Ate halfway, then stopped.. Did nothing online.. Watched some WTTH.. Talk to Ppl.. Now stoning.. Gonna watch movie and then sleep somemore.. Sigh I dunno what's wrong la, so weird headache.

Sushi @ village

Last night watched National Geographic's In The Womb.. Watch half an hour then went to sleep at 12.. Woke up at 9, then read FMST.. Till 10:30am, went to piano a bit and then met Selina and Aubrey at SUB..

Went around collecting freebies from the career fair, then Shoppers.. I got Herbal Essence shampoo (bright pink!) and Pringles chips :P And then we went to the sushi place at the village..

Ate bento box.. Super many things, ate until damn full.. $7.95 only! And then 1+pm went to get some stuff from Selina's place, then went to sit in BUCH at 2pm..

Read FMST until N and E came at 2:30pm.. We discussed and came up with a pretty good topic for our presentation.. Then 3:30pm class.. ENGL was only half full.. I guess everyone's gone for the long weekend.. Monday no school YAY!!!!

Super boring. A group presented and then they discuss all these nonsense which I don't get at all. 5pm finish, go home.. Not working today.. Then visit Bernard and Debbie studying in the commons.. Went home, showered.. New shampoo is good!! :)

Got dinner.. Pasta and veggies and chicken cordon bleu.. Watched the rest of In The Womb.. Hahaha yes, during dinner. Finish at 7+.. Study.. Read on my bed..

8+ heard someone calling my name from outside.. Didn't see anything so ignore it.. Then later someone bang at my door. Haha open.. But nobody.. Haha but I saw Bernard's head in the stairwell. LOL he and Debbie were back from their chem midterm.. Haha I was quite touched that they both came to find me hahahaha..

Chilled in my room.. Talk talk.. I read a bit.. Slack.. Listen music.. Then 9+ I shooed them all away cos I better get on with studying.. But couldn't concentrate after that.. Now gonna read notes le, since done with textbook.. Oh well. Multiple choice. I wish it will all be common sense.. LALALALA.

Can't wait for tomorrow!!! Midterm over then can PLAAAAAY!

ECON is OVER!

Ahhhhhhh ECON IS OVER!!!!

Last night slept relatively well, got up at about 8:30am, showered and went to eat breakfast at 9+. Bumped into Michael, so ate with him.. I had chocolate croissant and milk.. SOCI at 10 was okay, then FMST was more scribbling. I hate her more and more, just stuffing us with information and not letting us have time to digest what she narrates and ask questions is pissing me off. ECON was just everyone asking questions..

1pm went back to Vanier, had chicken drumsticks + fried rice. Super nice.. Ate alone.. And then bought 5 Gala apples.. Super red and big! I cut one up and brought to class.. WMST discuss Memoirs Of A Geisha.. Haha the prof really takes into consideration what I said.. I said I liked it and she mentions to the whole class that she knows I've read the whole book and asks me about a particular part and I forgot LOL OOPS.

Anyway, after class, strolled to Scarfe building.. What a lovely building.. I should study there sometimes.. Found some other ECON peeps, basically just went over stuff again. Then people from my class appeared and I sat with them.. Looked at another past paper..

5pm midterm.. The first question was easy, except I still didn't get the substitution and income effects.. 2nd question was totally never seen before but managed to crap some stuff out.. 3rd question was basically the question on the past paper I had seen not more than an hour ago, so that really helped and I guess I did fine. And that's all.

6pm+ go home bought pasta and broccoli.. Went home eat and ate apple after that.. Around 8pm went to commonsblock find Debbie and Bernard to study.. Too dark so I went back around 9pm, read some FMST and slack online.. Now I'm stopping for the night and gonna watch some of my National Geographic stuff hehehe. Continue cramming tomorrow!!!

ECON day.. Not very productive..

I'm shocked at the time! It's almost 11:30pm! And I'm still struggling with MRS and Px and Py and substitution and income effects.. ARRRGH!!!! *Pulls hair out*

Didn't sleep very well last night, had weirdo dreams again, dunno about what. Got up at 9am, then mooched around over ECON, until 10:30am. Got ready and met Selina and Aubrey at the SUB for lunch at 11am.. I had teriyaki chicken rice.. 12pm went to Brock Hall pay housing, then 12:30pm sat in ECON301.. So boring, dunno what he talking about, I was sleepy, I read my novel, did nothing.

2pm went to Koerner and online and did a little more ECON.. Left at about 3+ and went to Tim Hortons and got a Maple Canadian donut and an iced cappucino.. Went to ENGL..

She is so ridiculous.. She had 2 oral presentations planned per group during the term, but now she wants to narrow it down to 1 cos of time constraints.. Most people were in favour because of reduced workload, but some people had issues about grading and stuff..

She let the first group present their stuff and then we could discuss and vote whether we want 1 or 2 presentations.. Most wanted 1, so we had to reassign dates and books to present.. I left early to go work.. Later N and E tells me we are doing the book we all wanted on a later date, so everything's well.

Work was busy busy busy, nonstop. Ate breaded chicken and veggies for dinner, then continued to slug my way through ECON. Still kinda confused on a lot of stuff.. I have a lot to catch up on.. Sigghhh. There goes another night, the last night before the midterm tomorrow!

Faster let me get over with this!!!! And now I better get some sleep and figure out everything tomorrow!!!! WISH ME LOTS OF LUCK!!!!!!!!

Study night

Bah. So I managed to read some ECON and showered before dinner. Dinner with Debbie and I had pasta and veggies. No meat, so I'm kinda hungry now.. After that piano a bit with Debbie, and 7:30pm met Anna in the commons to study ECON. We slugged through the practice questions.. She left at 10pm, and I went to piano again cos this hoard of K guys invaded my table.. Read some of the ENGL novel..

Now come home.. Anyway, I should really mention something hilarious. Today in FMST we were taking notes on parenthood.. And infertility.. And one of the causes for guys is low sperm count and that is caused by tight underwear ROFL! And the prof said, "So guys, just wear boxers!" Hahahahahah. RANDOM. I'm gonna try to sleep soon..

Random day

I ended up sleeping at 12:30am (could have been earlier, but was slacking).. Feel so unproductive lah. Woke up at 8:30am, super tired and cannot get up AT ALL.. Was having a funny and weird dream which totally did not make any sense when I woke up..

Got ready, got a croissant and orange-apple juice and went to SOCI discussion. Ate, sat around, "discussed".. Then SOCI lecture was good, just take notes. FMST take notes, ECON he taught new stuff.. Saving and borrowing.. Arrrrgh MIDTERM on Wednesday!! SO DEAD!

1pm went to meet Eva at Koerner.. She borrow my FMST notes to photocopy and I went online for awhile. Mr Shuai Ge from ECON asked to borrow my notes because apparently his "locker got broken into" and his "binder got stolen".. Hmmmmms. I am highly suspicious because I remember seeing his messy notes in a pile (not in a binder) yesterday when we left at 4pm.. And between then and today 1pm, would he have left it in his "locker" and not studying them?? Especially when the midterm is on Wednesday???

I asked him if he has the past midterms as promised, and he said he might get them today.. I said I could do a trade hahaha. But no. If he just wants to leech off my notes like any other person, I will say no. Even if he's a shuai ge..

Went for lunch at 1+, ate salmon sandwich and chicken wings at Vanier.. Then 2pm went to WMST. On the way it was sunny and I wanted to take a picture of the pretty trees, so I yanked out my camera and while prying the string loose from a stuck corner, I slashed my right hand across my foldable pink umbrella in which the "stick" was out.. Either way, my lower right thumb lost a patch of skin to that silly metal stick. And I sat through WMST blowing on it. Hurts like hell.

Now I'm back home and I should really start reading the textbook for ECON.
