From Sunrise... To Sunset...

Bored bored~~

Last night I slept super early cos super tired, at 10pm! Then I got up at 8+.. Haha shiok! 10 hours of sleep.. Then slack online, then 9:30am went to ECON371.. Then so boring.. 11am went to SUB to buy A&W, bumped into Debbie then we take shuttle home together..

Ate, and watched 2 episodes of Little Mosque.. And then slack, copy notes for SOCI.. Then 2pm went to ENGL222. Discussion again, nothing interesting. ENGL229 we got a sheet of questions and we did them.. Hard leh! Die lah, next Tuesday test le~~

Then me and Selina went to Brock Hall, thinking about housing stuffs.. Then 5:30pm I go class.. Quite okay. Went home dinner with Bern cos Debbie went to do project.. Then I went to piano, then go home.. Talk to Ppl..

Then around 10pm Bern came to study.. He is so distracted.. Haha, I read some ECON255.. Then now maybe revise some ENGL229 lah.. Then knit and watch Little Mosque later... Man, it's Friday again tomorrow! Goodbye January, hello February!! So fast! Each day passes by very slowly, but then the days pass by so fast!! Urrrgh.

Revival #2~!

This is BREAKING NEWS on my part!

Haha, at dinner I had chicken balls, garlic bread and veggies.. Then halfway I dunno why I started taking pictures with the handphone, then out of the blue Bernard and I were trying to take each other's pictures, with Debbie also.. All 3 fighting like crazy, we must have been quite a sight..

Then went to Debbie's place.. Borrow her screwdriver, and then open up my baby BenQ... LOL removed the cover, then poke around, press here press there.. Then suddenly I electrocuted myself! Whoa, my whole upper body kena for a second, then nothing le.. LOL..

Press around somemore, then suddenly the lens pop out!! OMG! It works! Then put back all the screws and tested it again and it works!! OMG I'M LIKE THE HAPPIEST PERSON ON EARTH RIGHT NOW!!!!!!! And Bernard was saying I should be an engineer lol..

And Debbie and Bernard were discussing their ski trip thingy.. The bugged me to go but I refused.. Which was a good thing because now they have too many people.. Anyway, then 7:30pm went to piano for awhile.. Didn't really feel like playing.. Was too happy!!

Just finished talking to Ppl.. Now do some work then slackkk..

Quiet day indoors

I'm so bored now, so I'm blogging now.. So I did wake up at 7am, except my alarm screwed up at 1+am so I woke up thinking it was 7am LOL~ But I went back to sleep.

Talk to mama, till 8am.. Haha, so fun, we were looking at my grand dishes from Gage.. Then I do nothing, then went to shower.. After that got a muffin and Vitasoy from the caf, ate and watched Episode 1 of Little Mosque on the Prairie.. Canadian sitcom..

Then went to class.. Took notes but gave up in the end cos too fast.. ECON302 was irritating cos he keeps repeating the same points and same graphs and when people ask him to clarify stuff he says we are fussy and etc etc. Felt like slapping him on the head and asking him to move on with the material.

So fed up.. Then went to print my air ticket.. Then went home, piano till 1pm.. Got chicken, veggies and rice.. Go home watch TV and eat.. Watch Food channel. Then 3pm copy ECON notes.. Wah, so confused lah. I should recap after every class -.- Hate his notes.

Copy till 5pm, with some TV in between, then I ate ice cream.. Someone ate a huge portion of my ice cream!! HMMMPH!! Whatever.. Later going to dinner, then Debbie's place, then piano.. I don't feel like studying anymore!

Oh ya apparently there is a threat going on at the Bio building at UBC today, lots of different rumours going around, and it was even on the news.. Breaking news somemore.. LOL.. So much drama at UBC..

Your absence fills my heart with sorrow..

Last night I wanted to sleep at 11pm, but rolled around till 12 also cannot sleep, so got up and play com for awhile till 12:30am then sleep.. Woke up to a great piece of whiteness outside at 8:30am. Geez, it had snowed overnight.

I went out to go to ECON371 at 9:30am.. It was very tough to walk (or should I say stumble) in the slushy, unshovelled paths of snow. It was interesting to watch everyone waddle like little duckies, and cautious little steps so that they don't make a wrong step and end up slipping on the ground.

Class was boring, and I plodded home slowly. The sun had come out and it was such a pretty sight; the whiteness was sparkling, and the snow against the blue skies just looked perfect. The more I looked, the more depressed I got. Because I didn't have a camera to capture all these wonderful scenes of nature.

As usual I looked around for possible beautiful landscapes, my mind whirring to think of the various ways I could put these images away on my camera and smiling to myself as I picture how they would turn out. Then a melting drop of snow fall onto my head awakening me from my daydreams, hitting me with the reality that my camera was dead, and I can take no pictures.

I came across a dustbin, and it was one of those with a little mini-stand on top. I cannot explain it.. Just imagine, there is a Starbucks grande cup sitting atop of the dustbin, and a mini-mountain of snow surrounding the cup. I don't know what made that sight so magical but I really wished I had a camera then. I looked at it for a few more seconds and walked away sadly.

Anyway, enough dramatic description. I know words cannot replace what pictures convey.

Went to lunch with Aubrey at 11, I had fried rice and meatballs.. And then go my place eat the dessert, then went to Aubrey's place at 12+, print homework, and she wanted to lend me her extra camera but she doesn't have it. And it was snowing sooooo crazily hard! Went back at 1, then brought the dessert to give the caf people.. Then go home knit for awhile then go ENGL222..

Boring as usual, nothing special.. ENGL229 was okay, nothing special either. After class Selina and I went around campus taking pictures, but the sun had already mostly gone down and it was dark-ish, not as sunny and bright, but we still had a bit of fun with her handphone camera.. Found a snowman with boobs, and took a picture of it, then I moved the boobs so they looked like ears on a mouse LOL!

Went to ECON255, sort of interesting, but talking to Anna.. And then went home, we ate with Bernard and Debbie.. Then they came over for awhile, then 7:30pm talk to Ppl, talk until almost 9+!! Waste a lot of time.. Then I tried to finish ECON255 homework and I did!! :) DONE~~ I am soooo smart ;)

Now I'm hungry but I'm going to sleep cos tomorrow wake up early talk to mama.. I plan to study ECON302 tomorrow afternoon cos I have the whole afternoon free.. MUST STUDY! Haha, these days I will be online more cos I have been appearing offline for the past week watching drama and neglecting my studies. I have to stop watching drama and study more, especially with midterms coming up I don't know when~~

I somehow feel so depressed without a camera. LOL seriously I think it's like breaking up with someone. Or rather, someone breaking up with you~ Or even more so, someone close to you passes away.. The absence fills my heart with sorrow, and I can't live, if living is without you.......

Monday *Morning* Disaster

Ha, I hereby declare yesterday to be the perfect end to the week, cos right after that it went downhill, from the stroke of midnight onwards. After slacking, I decided to go to sleep at 12+.. So I went to bed and 10 minutes later the stupid fire alarm rings at 12:30am!!!

Much of the OK population was annoyed at this occuring at a rather ungodly hour, and by about 1am we could go back to OK. LOL, I was wearing shorts so I hurriedly put on some long pants over them before I got out of the building. I was not going to have 100 people see my blue and yellow floral shorts.

So I get back into bed again and this time I did fall asleep, as opposed to before when I was just getting drowsy. To my dismay and horror, the dreaded ringing noise came back again! Gosh, it's going off a second time, only an hour after the last one! It took me awhile to register that in my head.. =.=

So filed out AGAIN~~~ And this time I was just lying on the couch half asleep, until we finally got to go back at 2am~~ 2AM!!!! Like, I just lost almost 2 hours of precious sleep to some idiot who decides to prank-alarm the entire house, on a SUNDAY night! Great start to the week indeed.

Anyway, got up at 8:30am~~ Gaaah, 6+ hours of sleep is not enough for me!! -.- Went to SOCI discussion, not much going on. Then SOCI lecture the powerpoint not working, and it was the prof's student giving lecture. She spoke super fast and I didn't like it cos further more we had nothing to follow along with. ECON302 lecture he nags on about the same concept, don't really know why he's going in circles so much!

By then I was sleepy, so I thought I would go home and eat lunch, then nap till 4pm to go class.. But I had pork, rice and veggies and then I was wide awake, so watched episode 23 and 24 of Fathers and Sons, with Food channel in between.. One more episode! So ganchiong!! :)

Went to ECON255 tutorial and other group present. I was SO sleepy I actually nodded off towards the end, during the discussion. Oops. Then ECON302 tutorial the stupid TA let us ask questions, so this girl ask and he tries to answer and get lost in his own mess, so he ask her ask again and he's like OH! Is that what you're talking about?!?! So he had gone off-track from the start. Haiz. Better not waste anymore of my time going sia.

6pm decide to go home, get a sandwich and then just sleep until whenever I wake up then can eat. So slept at about 6:30pm+, and I woke up around 9pm, about 2 hours nia.. Want to sleep more but mind was too awake. I shall go eat my turkey-egg salad sandwich and watch the last episode. Then maybe do some other work then go sleep again! HEH!~

Beautiful Perfect Sunday

Today has been an absolutely beautiful and perfect Sunday, perfect sunny weather, perfect start or end to the week (whichever way you want to see it).

(Ooh! I just got an email, which makes it a perfect way to end the night! More later!)

So, last night I drama and knit till 1am, then sleep. Didn't want to but I guess I had to if I didn't want my sleep cycle screwed up.. End up around 8am+ got woken up by Hianez's string of 7 SMSes LOL. Woke me up until cannot go back to sleep.

I thought I would get grumpy on the lack of sleep, but on the contrary I just slack awhile, then 9+ start reading DMC again. After the first few chapters, I understood and I could actually write something on it!

So I got started on the assignment right away and finished it at 10+am! Pleased with myself, I went to get some breakfast. Got a muffin, and then eat and drama till 11:30am then went to work.. Took someone's Ginger Pot shift..

Tomtom was there.. Serve breakfast too, cos it was rather quiet at GP. Then 1:30pm got hashbrowns and sausages and then went home to continue drama.. Watch until left 3 more episodes!!! Hehe, then went to shower, and 4pm went to take shuttle to find Selina..

Went her place, slack awhile, look for recipes, and then took out the recycling and then we went to Safeway.. Walked around, didn't get a lot of stuff.. Then went to another shop to get the rest of the ingredients for our dessert..

Went home, we were not quite sure what to have for dinner.. We cook rice, then I started making the dessert. It is 椰汁马豆糕.. Super easy to make! Then Selina chopped up baby corn, taukua, cucumber and some mushroom thing, then simmer in a pot.. And we were making the mixture for the dessert, then end up too watery, so Selina added a whole lot of extra cornstarch, I think now might be too chewy LOL! Put it in the fridge to chill..

We had rice, the veggie stirfry, and jellyfish, and soya-sauce chicken (readymade).. Nice. Finally got to eat at 9pm after 2 hours of cooking and then we watched Iron Chef on TV.. Then 10+ slack in her room, talk talk and see clothes online..

And she had bought me a pack of rice crackers that I like!! So nice of her :) And she had spare packs of Pooh bear playing cards so she gave me a pack.. Hehe, feel loved! It's the little things that make my day!!

11pm I walk home alone in the dark.. Not that scary.. Hehe, and when I reached home I open my email and it's an email from my ECON226 TA, about presentation grade!

I also have a suggestion (that didn't factor into the grading): you should be a little more cognizant of your audience when coming up with a presentation gimmick. I think the dragon analogy would have been more suitable for a much younger audience.

Haha, I think I owe this perfect day to Hianez! For waking me up early! Just imagine: if I woke up late, I wouldn't go to work because I would be worrying about my homework. If I worry about homework, I will not get it done. If I don't get it done, I would have to bring it to Selina's house. If I brought homework to Selina's house, we would not have time to make dessert and make dinner peacefully..

LOL!!! Okay, I hope this week goes by peacefully and not too fast~~~~ I'm so sleepy! Ciao!

Saturday Symphony Sounds

Not a bad day today, rather productive! Last night I slept at 10+ after a bit of drama and then got woken up by next door crazy music + dance party at 12am. They were done at 1:30am so went back to sleep. Woke up at 9am and then abit gastric.. Go work..

Ate some crackers and then drank milk then much better. Beverages and then cut jelly and then I helped Eric make pizza! So fun! :) And then go back, got container and got chicken, rice and veggie.. Drama and eat..

Did some of ECON255 homework.. And then watch Food channel.. Then back to BS-ing on homework.. Did 2 and a half questions! Good progress! And then 5:45pm met Aubrey at the corner then we took shuttle to bus loop. Damn a lot of people! Dunno why.

Selina and Michelle came, and then we go Village.. Eat sushi.. Ate upstairs cos downstairs closed.. We shared udon, chicken karaage rice, and sushi.. Nice, but not very full.. Michelle say she treat me for belated birthday haha! And then me, Aubrey and Selina share a cup of bubble tea.. Passion fruit green tea..

Rushed to the concert at 8pm, but we were still late! LOL shame on us! ROFL. Waited for ~20 minutes before we could go in.. We missed Fantasy Overture.. Too bad.. And then we went in and got practically front row seats, like VIPs entering an important function..

Next was some trumpet concerto and there was a soloist, so we practically went deaf!! Not bad.. Just VERY LOUD. And then intermission.. Then Dvorak Symphony No. 9. Loved the second movement! It was too bad, because with our seats we could only see the conductor's back, the cellos and the violins. Missed the percussion, woodwind, brass, everything else.. Sighh..

Haha, after the intermission when the conductor came out, he was tucking in his shirt from behind, which we could see very clearly LOL. He then turned around to face the audience and apologized for his "costume malfunction". I think he means "wardrobe malfunction" Hahaha!!

Okay, now going to drama and then sleep.. Tomorrow maybe go work and then HAVE TO READ DMC and then go Selina's place.. Tata!!

Friday night movie

Damn lazy to blog, but still shall blog.. Slept at 11+ last night, woke up 9+.. Damn shuang!! And then SOCI watch video on the Stanford prison experiment, damn interesting.. And then ECON302 he just talk and I got lost.. But I think it's still the same old concepts =.=

Went home shower, then lunch was pork, rice and veggie.. Drama.. And then around 2pm watch Food channel till 3pm. Then damn waste time go back drama until almost 6pm, then dinner with Bern and Aubrey.. Cream of potato soup, curly fries and chicken strips!! Yummo..

And then we watched Juno.. Very interesting movie, loved the script! Great metaphors and phrases.. Haha, now finish le, Aubrey went home. I'm sleepy but I wanna drama!! :) Tomorrow work, do homework, go concert at night YEAHHHH!

Homework Avalanche

Lalala, last night sleep at 12+ and then this morning woke up at around 9am, 9:30am go sit in ECON371.. Environmental Economics.. Very interesting, concepts are more or less the same.. I will take that next year!! And I bumped into Eric and Henry in that class!! :)

And then 11am met Aubrey and we went to Village to look around.. Saw a super kiddy digicam for $20, was thinking of buying it to stand by for camera first.. If I don't like it I can always return it.. LOL.. But decided not to..

Then we went to foodcourt and got lunch.. Combo of teriyaki chicken rice, udon, and sushi.. Saved the sushi, then we took the shuttle bus home.. I went home, watch Food channel.. End up eat the sushi then.. 2pm go class..

ENGL222 was just another discussion-filled class.. I was very bored.. ENGL229 I was practically falling asleep.. Nothing very interesting. Then 5pm me and Selina went to get Booster Juice because today grand opening buy one get one free, so each of us pays only about $2.50!

I didn't want to be late for class so I went first and Selina waited and she brought the drink to find me LOL.. Super big cup! I got Mango Hurricane and it was damn sour.. Went home to put down bag after class, then dinner..

Had mashed potatoes, turkey schnitzel, broccoli and soup.. Sooo nice! And then piano abit, till 8+pm then come back.. Do nothing.. Aiyah, now I have homework for ECON255 + ENGL222.. I better go finish up the homework for ECON302.. I hate homework!

And how time flies!! It's the weekend again tomorrow!! OMG~~ Anyway, I concluded that time flies when you are single.. Just lots of freedom, can do anything you like, whenever you like!! :) Can't deny that I like it like that now!

Nothing special..

Lalala, last night drama till 11:30pm then sleep.. Woke up at 8:30am again.. Rolled around, then got up.. Drama abit, went to shower and then drama and ate my other half of the cookie and finished up the soymilk.. Till almost 11am, then went to ECON302.

Oh yes, found out that Heath Ledger passed away yesterday.. SOOOO SAD!!! :(

So, ECON302 he was going crazy about the stock market again, then he declared he was wasting time after 15 minutes of endless rambling.. And then he did some graphs which he already covered last class, and continued wasting time, because he said he was wasting time in the other class, so he wastes time with us so they can catch up! Geez! I should have just skipped and gone to West Van right away..

After class, went to take 44 to downtown, then go PR.. Reach at 1pm.. Waited for half an hour to get to the office, reach at about 2.. And then submitted, then settle the award but not the passport thing.. Cos I called this morning and the school told me they gave me the Grade11 one by mistake =.=! So I can't get the Grade12 one.. And I nearly couldn't claim the award cos apparently I had till Sept07 to get it but it doesn't say on my letter, so the woman had to talk to the principal and she let me have it :)

Decided not to go back to Sentinel cos no time le, so directly bus back and reached UBC at 3+. Got A&W chicken strips meal, then go home and eat.. Super nice!! And then watch drama.. At 5pm too tired so dozed off, till about 6pm.. Then woke up, just nice Debbie call me for dinner..

I was still sleepy and full so I got tomato ravioli soup and garlic bread.. Then go home, slack, talk to Ppl, read ECON. Very distracted, didn't read much. Went piano at 10 and now I'm back.. Gonna drama!! :) Addicted man.

The cookie monster is here!!

Last night I slept at 12:30am and I ended up waking up at 8:30am! Without alarm! Still hyper? LOL drama from episode 3+ till the end of 4.. Oh yes, the name of the drama is Fathers And Sons.. Heh, should be cute!

And then until 10+, then went to get ready.. Then 10:30am read ECON255 readings.. Read one entire article for last class, and then 11am went to meet Aubrey for lunch..

Had chicken, rice and lettuce.. Nice.. Damn full.. Then read another article.. It was like as thick as a book! I read a few pages then got sian and went to piano.. My Memory is so nice!!

1:30pm went to ENGL222 early, and read DMC.. Confusing la. Good thing I go there early cos she always starts early! Discuss.. Then group discussion.. Took notes.. More discussion.. I contributed one point!! LOL good thing for someone who never speaks up in class..

Finish, then ENGL229 she rambled on and on about examples, and it got really boring.. Selina was doodling food in my notebook cos I said I was hungry, then she tried drawing her shoe, and then did calligraphy on her paper.. LOL.. I was concentrating on being hungry.. LOL

Finish at 5pm, we went to the SUB to get food.. Got a humongous peanut butter and chocolate cookie.. It's like the size of my entire hand!! Ate half of it, Selina go post office, then I go ECON255..

Today talk about environment, very interesting.. I like.. Took 3 pages of notes!! Hand tired liao.. Dinner was boring, nothing good to eat.. Had garlic bread, broccoli, and chicken/rice soup.. And Bern didn't finish his broccoli so I chomped everything up..

Come back, then talk to Ppl from about 7:30pm to 8:30pm.. And I told him my camera is dead.. And then talk about other stuff too.. Then now going to drama again.. Nothing to do!! :) I'm just being lazy.. Bernard and Debbie were/are watching LOTR again LOL.. So tomorrow I'm going to ECON302, and then off to West Van to get my scholarship thingy which I have delayed for 1+, almost 2 years.. Ciao!!

Great day, great presentation

Ah, so last night was the continuation of Just For Laughs Sunday, which turned into Monday morning! LOL surprised? I'm shocked that we are actually going crazy on a school night! So, the movie Eragon ended at around 12am, and I thought it wasn't that good. The dragon was ugly, and the plot seemed like Harry Potter meets Lord of the Rings.. Oh well, fantasy is not my kinda thing :)

So we 3 lie on my bed squished and then Bernard was playing his Nature Sounds, so we listened to the sounds of the ocean waves, and Bernard was trying to get us all to attend Relaxation 101, with some attempts to scare Debbie cos we were in the dark. Then it turned into a singing session of some song that Bernard was obsessed with.

That was rather short-lived, as we switched to gossip mode and talked about people that we know.. And then don't know how, got on to the idea of telling ghost stories. I thought I wasn't scared at first but after hearing a few I got scared somehow. And Bernard was so sneaky! He told a fake story and sprung up in the dark scaring Debbie, who was sitting crosslegged on the bed.. LOL I refused to listen to anymore after that.

Then we were just talking and going crazily hyper laughing away, till about 1:30am when I thought we better go sleep, then they left, and I tried going to sleep. But I think my brain was just too awake, and I ended up lying on the bed with my eyes shut but mind wide awake (not because of the ghost stories)..

So, did not get a wink of sleep until my alarm rings at 8+am and I could surprisingly get out of bed feeling awake! Showered and then went to SOCI discussion. Not that many people, so we sat in a circle and just talk about crime and stuff.. SOCI lecture was okay, nothing special. NO CLASS ON WED! HURRAY!

ECON302 I was starting to get sleepy, and my voice was raspy from my dry throat, and then everything he said didn't really make sense, but yet I did not fall asleep! Went to lunch with Selina at the SUB, got 2 Teen Burgers from A&W for $6. Eat, then Selina went to class and I went to BUCH to slack.

Do nothing, play TowerBloxx, and then wanted to copy SOCI notes but the website was down, so slack more. 2pm discuss ECON302 homework with Yan and Joanna, I got the answer I think! And then 3pm I went to BUCHD to get water and use computer again, bumped into Julia.. I copied SOCI notes, and then around 4pm we headed over to ECON255 discussion together for our presentation!

I was so worried that my raspy voice would cause a disaster to the presentation, but I was second to go and it actually went very well! I think this is like my best presentation ever in history. Didn't really make a lot of mistakes, I think I sound confident ;) Even though the discussion was rather quiet, but I think it was a job well done.

Went to ECON302 tutorial, see the other TA.. He's no better than mine, but at least he's good eyecandy! LOL. He release early so I went back to my own TA and then finish a bit early too.. Went home and Debbie and Bernard were watching LOTR so I went to piano first cos they wanted to finish it LOL.

Learned the first page of My Memory! So easy. Then dinner was meatballs, veggies and potatoes. 7:30pm go back, slack until 8+, then I started copying ECON notes, trying to understand what he was talking about today, reading the textbook and actually understanding! :) And then I typed up the homework and it took me awhile, but I'm so shocked at myself that I actually studied for 1.5 hours nonstop after a night of not sleeping! And I'm not even tired yet!

Have to read ENGL229, then DMO, and watch drama!! YAAAAY. Super productive day. Now I'm going to be super free I hope!! Paper done, presentation done, homework done, notes on top of time.. Just have to read.. Haha, what a long entry!!! Still hyper sia.. What is this hyperness doing?!?!?!

Just for Laughs - Sunday

Lalala, last night started a new drama.. Dunno the English name.. Anyway, slept at 2am and woke up at 10am, then slack.. Went to get a muffin and made honey lemon water.. Then do my paper, playing TowerBloxx to slack..

About 1+ the 3 of us went to lunch.. ROFL!! Bern was there and then Rey was asking me, why does Aubrey look different today?? LOL he had mistaken Bern for Aubrey!!! Laugh until pengz. LOL!! I had a wrap.. We sat talking till 2:30pm, then I went home and finish paper again. Conclusion took me so long to write.. More TowerBloxx of course..

At 5pm+ Debbie and I went to BUCH to print my essay and My Memory score.. And then came back 6pm dinner.. Ate sweet and sour pork and veggies.. Damn salty!! Bern came to join us later on..

Then we went to get more water, and I was talking to Rey again with Debbie, and then he was like "So, which one of you is Bernard going out with?" I pointed at Debbie cos I thought she would point at me, and she ended up pointing to Rey himself! ROFL!!! DAMN FUNNY!!

And then Bern had cauliflower, so I was asking him, "Why do you like cauliflower?" He said, "Why don't you like cauliflower?" I said, "Cos they are white!" And he said, "WOW, that's SO racist!" Laugh until almost died.

After dinner me and Debbie went piano, till 8+. Then I went home to prepare presentation, 9:30pm they came over again and we are watching Eragon.. LOL, not my kind of movie, but they wanted me to watch it, so sure..

Spent a while trying to make subtitles work but they didn't so end up just no subtitles lor.. And I'm blogging while they are still watching! Just because I'm not very interested in fantasy movies haha..

Unusual Day

Today has been a most unusual and unproductive day! Sigh.

I got a freak surprise at 3:30am when I got up to go toilet.. I pushed open the cubicle door and then to my horrow I see a girl sitting there and she didn't budge when the door hit her.. Sigh, obviously a dead drunk! Went to another toilet and then went back to sleep.

Got up at 9am, then wash up and then go work. Filled drinks for an hour, then cut up Jello.. It was sheer joy I tell you, running the knife through the humongous tray of wobbly green glob.. But it wasn't so fun when I started wrapping them, cos the stupid cling wrap was so hard to reach! =.= Finish liao, then didn't want to do another tray, so I went to put pieces of bacon on the trays.. Not utterly fun nor exciting, just killed time till then end of my shift.

Went home, shower, then went to get lunch.. I got rice, pork and mushrooms.. Went home to eat and drama!! Last 2 episodes of MOI!! YAY!! FINISH!!!! :) Such a typical ending =.=

Tried to finish up my essay, but was still stuck cos it was a messy pile of paragraphs with information all over the place and I didn't know how to organize it.. Ended up slacking.. And went to the caf to get hot water to make Jello..

And slack until 5pm then went to work again, taking Annie's shift.. Salad bar, nothing much to do, help serve food... Then clean up then no more.. Got bean pasta, potatoes and fish for dinner..

Come back eat, and watched half of Atonement. Suddenly I got damn cold and was shivering, so huddled under my blanket, and gradually drifted to sleep after the first half of Atonement ended, then slept from 8:30pm till 10pm :D =.= Woke up and felt a bit better?? Please, don't let me get sick!! Gaaargh.

Now, I aim to do more of my paper!! Then watch the rest of Atonement and eat my Jello! Sigh, HAVE to finish by tomorrow, so better get on that!! Due fricking Monday~~~~

Woohoo it's Friday!

Ah, it's Friday! Last night drama didn't load very well so I just went to sleep at almost 1am.. Then surprisingly I managed to get up early [enough] to eat breakfast! At 9am! LOL. I had cereal + soymilk.. Separately cos I had no spoons HAHA.

Then go class.. SOCI was okay, took notes.. Rather interesting, on deviance and crime. And then ECON302 he gave homework, we had to copy it out.. So funny! Like primary school. And then he launched into a boring lecture of money and bonds which was quite basic but he beat about the bush a lot so I was bored.

12pm went to Brock Hall to get proof of enrolment + payment, and then go SUB buy A&W and then ate by the bus stop, then took 99 bus to the bank.. Deposit my extra cash of $300, then went to the HRDC to renew SIN number.. Waited damn long..

Can use computer but the sites were rather limited.. Ended up going to ECON255 website and printed off the readings, since printing was free! LOL!! Me so smart lah hehe. About 40+ pages LOL.. And I'm so happy, got so much paperwork done today!! :)

Then went home and took shuttle, got home by 3pm.. Slack, do nothing, tidy room, do some SOCI paper, compiled ECON255, and then watched a bit of drama, and did laundry. Aubrey came over at 6pm and we went to dinner.. No more curly fries!! ARRGH!

I ended up having potatoes, veggies and chicken strips.. Bern and Deb were there too.. Then Aubrey came over and help me fold laundry, and then Bern said he was "coming in 10 minutes", which [as expected] turned out to be half an hour, so we watch drama first..

About 8+ he came then we watch Daddy Day Camp. I think it was boring, cos the plot's very predictable and it seemed like a rendition of Kindergarten Cop.. Debbie joined us halfway through the movie cos she was talking to her parents..

Almost 10pm, then finish and we slack around talking on my bed.. And then they went home at 10 and now I'm gonna drama then sleep! Work tomorrow morning!! Must finish paper tomorrow too.. GAAAH!

Productive dayyyy

Oops almost forgot to blog.. Last night slept at 12:30am and got woken up by a call at 10am =.= Hehe, good sleep! And then slack, watch drama, then shower.. 11:30am met Aubrey and we had lunch in caf..

I had rice, cabbage and chicken.. Not bad.. And then went to piano and go class. Finally I got there early! Cos she always starts early!! Launch into a great big discussion again.. I just copied notes..

ENGL229 was interesting, the things she say are true but funny.. Then 5pm had cinnamon bun and then ECON255.. He was so funny today! He had notes but it was too small font so he just read it out.. He read out one sentence and went, "Now what is does that mean? It makes no sense! I typed this you know.." LOL!!! Funny!! And then he also talked about how our needs are so different from those who are poor.. True..

And then went home, dinner with Bern and Deb.. I had chicken stirfry.. And Bern didn't want his chicken cordon bleu so I had it, since it was gooood! And went home, my house had tie-dye activity.. So I grabbed my pink polo and tie-dyed it.. And also a pair of socks! SO fun!! I wish I had more time and experience!!

A productive night proceeded after that.. I prepared my part for the ECON255 presentation, and then copied ECON302 notes.. Did a bit of SOCI paper.. And slack a lot in between.. Loaded drama but something went wrong so the window closed and now I am reloading it again..

Tomorrow is Friday! That was a pretty damn fast week! Renew SIN after class, then movie night with Aubrey!! :)

Another day has gone by

Last night I slept at 12:30am after drama, and woke up at 9+.. Still damn tired.. And then showered, and went to class..

SOCI just took notes.. ECON302 was income and substitution effects.. He made it so detailed, so much better than OY last term! I kinda understood it but not totally, have to review again tomrorow!

After that, wasn't hungry cos I had cereal and soymilk in class.. So I went home to piano, and then 1pm I thought meeting Laura.. I just got a chicken salad sandwich and thought I was going to Koerner..

But end up I was supposed to meet Julia at 1pm instead, but she wasn't free either so I just ate my sandwich in the caf.. Went to Koerner and met Julia around 1:30pm..

2pm met Joanna and she passed me the notes and books for ECON255! YAY!! No need to buy! And then Laura joined us and we discussed about the presentation and we were pretty much done in half an hour..

Browsed reserve books for awhile and then went home at 3pm. Slack awhile, then tried to do paper but nothing much done.. 6pm dinner, with Bern and Deb.. Forgot that Amanda was coming until she called.. So she came and then we ate together.. I had salmon pasta and veggies..

And then went home to get book and went to Anna's place.. Pass her the book and she pass me money.. And she got me a I LOVE NY mini bear!! Until about 8pm go back OK to watch talent show.. Quite boring lorr.. And my camera broken again!! SIAN~~~ Went to Debbie's place cos I left my phone there.. And came home, slack.. Didn't do much..

Boring day of school

Hehe, was being a pig sleeping the night and morning away! I watched drama till 11:30pm, then slept.. Woke up at 10am, damn shuang! Still didn't want to get up but just got up anyway.

Slack online, prepare for ECON255 presentation.. Just jotted down some key points.. Then 11+ hungry, went to get rice, pork and veggies.. Eat and watch drama.. Then just slack..

After that, around 1+ Debbie came by and dropped off my birthday present.. LOL. 3 layers of wrapping paper. Very funnie ah! It was a box of chocolates.. Thanks!! :) And then got ready to go to class..

ENGL222 was just a big discussion which I paid attention to but didn't contribute much.. Also discussed multiculturalism with neighbours. I said it was like a salad.. And then nothing much le..

ENGL229 discuss metaphors.. Highlighted stuff in some article. Nothing exciting. After class Selina went to buy a cinnamon bun and she gave me a bit of it.. Yummie..

ECON255 was discussion, but I copied notes too.. Don't really know what's happening.. Bleh.

Went home, dinner with Bernard and Debbie.. Had chicken balls, scallop potatoes and broccoli.. Yumm! We were sitting there and chatting, about summer school etc etc. Sat there till 7:30pm!! LOL.

Went back, slack, do nothing, drank soymilk.. Did no schoolwork.. Was browsing job postings.. And then around 10pm too bored, went to piano.. Piano was goooood today! I think I played nicely and I learned the first line of From Beginning Until Now..

Going to work on SOCI paper for a bit then drama and sleep! I somehow feel so lazy!! Arrgh. Should read Disappearing Moon Cafe..

Finally 20!

Last night went to sleep at 11+ and scambled out of bed at 8+ still half asleep.. Dunno why I was so sleepy! Showered, then went to SOCI tutorial.. Nothing interesting, SOCI lecture was quite boring. I drank soymilk and ate a bit cereal..

Then ECON301 was okay, still can understand. 12pm met Hiva to sell her my FMST book and it turned out she was the Hiva from Sentinel! LOL. She paid me $60 for it.. Sweeeet!

And then went to Vanier, chat with the front desk, then lunch.. Perogies and siu-choy.. Selina and friends were there, so just joined them but they left to go to class at 1pm..

Went home, online for awhile, then watched FoodTV from 1:30pm to 3pm LOL! Then 3pm went out to the bookstore.. Sold my novel Arcadia for $7 at the bookstore, and ECON301 book for $63.50! Whee! More MONEY!!!

Oh, and Muneeba brought the book for me for ECON255.. She says she can sell it to me for $30 :) So I save $30!! Cos it orignally costs around $60!

ECON255 tutorial at 4pm, the TA split us into groups and my group has to do presentation first! NEXT WEEK! Suay or what??! But anyway, finally an ECON TA who can speak ENGLISH!!!!!! OMG!!

ECON302 tutorial was the same one was 301, and he was so funny. He wrote his information on the board, only to realize it doesn't erase! He got so embarrassed.. LOL and then he was blabbering about income and substitution effects but nobody knew what he was talking about..

Dinner at 6pm with Debbie.. Had pasta (creamy cheese!), chicken and veggies.. I saved a bit of pasta and chicken cos cannot finish.. Will finish it after this post! And then went back, and JonBakbak came over to look at ECON textbook.. And he bought macro study guide from me for $20! :) Then I talked to Ppl.. And now copying notes..

One less thing on my mind: Plane Ticket

Last night I slack and watch drama till 2+am, then went to sleep.. Got up at 9+ for no particular reason and watch drama.. Then about 12pm went to eat lunch.. Chicken + veggies.. Then piano for awhile, then go take shuttle bus to Gage..

Met Eva at 1+, and we headed to Richmond to get my plane ticket.. Book liao, settled! Then walked around Aberdeen, and I got 4L of soy milk for only $3.40 and 5 packs of junk food at 39cents each! :) And then went back at about 4pm..

Come back, then I realize I booked my ticket wrongly, cos rez closes on 30 April, not 1 May so I need a place to stay on the night of 30 April.. LOL. Aubrey agreed to take me in so it's settled! I told Ppl not to scold me before I told him that LOL..

Dinner at 6pm with Debbie, then talk to Ppl till about 7:30pm, now drama.. Probably going to read and then drama somemore.. I drank a cup of soymilk.. Very nice!! :)

I'm so tired and I have a long day of classes tomorrow so I will probably sleep early. Not going to stay up till 12am for birthday wishes! LOLs. I don't feel like studying!!! OMG It's only the 2nd week of school..

Birthday Sushi Buffet!

Today was extremely fun!

Last night I went to sleep at 12, after deciding where to go dinner for my birthday.. And then woke up at 9am.. Still didn't sleep very well.. Dunno why..

Went to work at 9:30am.. Beverages.. Super heavy, so not used to it again.. Haha.. And then finish liao go home, shower, then got a sandwich and went to find Selina at 1pm.. LOL I'm going over to Gage like it's my home! ROFL. We ate half a sandwich each and then finally went out at 2+pm..

Bus to Richmond, went to Daiso.. I didn't get anything, and then Selina got some stuff.. Then we walked around to ask plane ticket prices.. Stupid travel agency was so darn rude.

She was like "You ask now also no use one, prices will change. You have to pay to get the price now.." But we just want a rough idea of the prices! Not necessarily must buy now wad.. Stupid.. She also said it to Selina and I felt like yelling at them and stomping out of the store.. But didn't la LOL.

Then went to Parker Place, another mall. Walked around and ate a snack.. Some HK rice cake, dunno how to type the name.. Then ask one travel agency, super cheap so I reserved it, tomorrow go and pay..

And then, at about 5:30pm we went to take the bus to Oakridge to meet them.. Took 98, and then 41.. Michael already reached, and I had a feeling that Bernard, Aubrey and Debbie were on 41 already.. And they were! At the very back. Called them and act blur and then Debbie act blur never see me LOL.

The original place we wanted to go was Samurai Sushi, but it was tiny and no space.. So we decided to go to E Bei Sushi, for all-you-can-eat aka buffet..

Waited for quite awhile and we got a tatami room.. Ordered loads of sushi and sashimi.. Damn exaggerated la! Eat there at about 7pm, until 8:30pm they need the room for a reservation, so we moved to another table.

By then we were already full so when we got to the other table we just had the appetizer beans and some more salmon sashimi.. And mango pudding which was quite tasteless. And another bowl of beans where the 5 of them had an eating competition LOL!

Finish eating at about 9+, and the 5 of them paid for my share as well! So touched!!!! The bill was like $150 for 6 people, and they paid like super extra but got back change.. End up I left a $5 bill for tips, and took the rest and they had trouble dividing up how much each person should get back..

LOL, settle on the bus, had 68 cents left which nobody wanted, then Selina says it's a red packet for me, 一路发.. ROFL!!! Haha.. Went up to Gage cos Bernard wanted to see, then 10:45pm we took the shuttle bus and we all went home..

New phone + productive night!

So, last night I slept with Michelle.. At first sleep with heads on the same side, but I couldn't fall asleep and ended up it was her head next to my feet and vice versa.. I fell asleep but it was too hot so I woke up in the middle of the night and opened the window. Must have been about 1+ when I fell asleep.

I actually slept well, considering I haven't been getting proper sleep for the past week that I've been back in Vanier.. Gage is my home now? LOL. Anyway, got woken up by construction at 8+am, then got up, they got ready..

And we went out at 9am to my place cos Michelle wants to borrow gloves.. Then I went out again, pasted a notice for FMST book.. And then SOCI.. Boring, didn't really follow.. And then ECON302 was okay, some microecon revision.. He teaches much better!

12pm met Selina for lunch and I had meatball footlong Subway.. But only ate half, cos no time.. Around 1pm met the guy who was selling his Nokia phone for $5.. Haha, bumped into Aubrey too.. And yes, so I had found this guy selling his phone for 5 bucks and I decided to buy it.. Nokia 3120, I think same as my old pink piggy phone..

Only to realize when I got home.. But it's okay, cos my charger spoil liao so now I have 1 charger for 2 phones :) YAAAY and the phone itself is 3 years old but still looks EXTREMELY new.. YAY!!! Have to get used to using Nokia phones again.. I like Nokia though..

Took the shuttle bus home, and 1:30pm watch Rachel Ray and Giada on TV till 2:30pm.. Then went out again, cos I forgot I had to ask about plane tickets.. Went with Selina and then we ask other agencies also.. 4pm+ reach home, then I slack, watch MOI, and do nothing till dinner..

Dinner had fish and broccoli.. And then slack awhile in commons, go home talk to Ppl and then I started studying at 8pm! Okay, not studying but schoolwork. I copied notes for all my courses from looseleaf into my notebook, while listening to super loud music from next door and my own music.. After copying, I read Chapter 1 for ENGL229 and it's been 2 hours already!

Time to start drama again and tomorrow will be going back to work! Morning!!! Aiyah, tomorrow wanted to go out birthday dinner but dunno go where and cannot decide so I guess not doing much ba.. Oh, and tomorrow go Richmond buy plane ticket.. Tonight has been extremely productive! Hooray!!

Fun Day!!!

Haha, blogging from Selina's place! Haha, I'm not going home tonight!! LOL.

Today my alarm went off at 8am cos I forgot to switch it off last night, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Anyway got up at 8:30am.. Then watch MOI, and then slack, and did some of my genetics paper.. I'm up to 3 pages now! 5 more to go! OMG.

Watched another episode, till almost 12, then went to shower.. And then went to piano.. And then lunch.. Bumped into Jonathan so ate with him. Had seafood chowder and mashed potatoes..

Then 2pm ENGL222.. Class was super boring cos people kept discussing stuff like last term, and then finish le went ENGL229.. Not that bad, at least discussion was interesting.. Like why do you call someone uncle or auntie or whatever.. And she showed us an ad on Amazon selling a Bic pen for 13 pence.. ROFL! Funny reviews lah!

And then Selina wanted me to go grocery shopping with her, but I had class till 6:30pm, so I went to ECON255 and then went to Gage to find her.. End up me, Selina and Michelle went to Safeway.. They got loads of stuff and we were done shopping by 8pm =.=

Go home, and it was super rainy outside! Sherry had cooked rice which was super soggy and so we turned it into century-egg and pork congee.. And made veggie stirfry of red and green peppers, cucumber, dried tofu and canned corn.. NIIIICE.

But it was almost 10 when we finished cooking, so we sat around being full for awhile, washed up and then went to Selina's room to slack.. She was unpacking her luggage, and then I'm just doing nothing.. Going to sleep in Michelle's room later, then tomorrow go home then class..

Haha, it's fun being back at Gage but won't be fun when the workload increases.. Must have fun while I still can!!

$_$ + New Pillow!

Today is a good day! Extremely good, I must say. Rather productive, in terms of buying books..

I got up at 9+, then talked to Ppl, and ate the last 2 sausages for breakfast.. And then went to SOCI at 10am.. Took notes, lecture on media.. Interesting..

And ECON302 was okay, took a page of random notes and he spent the entire class talking about 4 graphs.. On growth rates and unemployment (Canada vs US).. At least so far I understand lah..

Finish le, went to find Selina for lunch at SUB.. I had A&W, Selina, Michelle and her friend all had sushi.. They gave me some too :D And then 1pm all rushing off to class, I went to the bookstore to meet the person selling me my novel..

$7 for Disappearing Moon Cafe.. And then I hovered around the FMST section hoping to find someone to sell my book to.. One girl wanted to buy from me, but didn't have time tomorrow, so end up also she didn't want to bother.. I talked to this girl, but she said she will call me tomorrow so I don't know if that's going to work..

Then I bought my ECON302 textbook.. $70! X( Too bad no used copies lah. Super ex. Then went to sit ENGL229B and I left halfway cos I was not in that class and they were doing activity.. The course was too tough to consider, so I shall just stick to 229A.

Went Gage to find Selina, then went bookstore to sell her PYSC book, and went to the Village to settle the 229A book.. Hehe, we are just so clever! And then went back to the bookstore to return it.. I carelessly left my ECON302 book + novel at the Village, so rushed back to get it..

Good thing it was still there! Or else I would just have lost $77 right there! Phewww. Today is $_$ earning day :) And then when I went back to bookstore to find Selina, I went to press for the green light and accidentally stepped into a hole full of water (read: puddle) and I kinda twisted my left ankle.. Man it hurts till now.. But should be fine..

Then Selina went to SUB to get dinner and we walked back to Gage and I went to take the shuttle home at 5+pm.. Came home to a pleasant surprise - ANOTHER new pillow! Cos I requested for another one cos the "new" one became flat again.. I thought they would take away my old pillow but they didn't and then so now I have 2! Exciting!

Washed up and then read some ENGL and then dinner with Bern and Debbie at 6+pm.. Had nuggets and samosa and broccoli.. Saved some nuggets cos cannot finish.. And then went home, talk to Ppl about cooking LOL! And then re-copied some notes.. Tried reading the new macroecon textbook..

And then 9pm floor meeting.. Finish le, then about 10pm Bern and Debbie came over cos Bern has cookies for us from LA! Had one, super sweet! And then they just left and now I'm going to read Disappearing Moon Cafe and sleep!

School is good

Lalala, today school was fine.. Tried waking up at 7:30am to sit the other class of ECON302, but end up too tired so just slept.. Woke up 9+.. Online, then shower.. 11am met Selina and Aubrey for lunch at caf.. But Selina was late haha..

Had chicken, and veggies, and shared chicken wings with them.. And then talk talk.. Ate Timbits that Selina bought.. And then me and Selina went piano for awhile, slack in my room and then go class..

I went to ENGL222 and the prof was really nice to listen to, except she got a tad naggy.. But it's okay, I'll stay in the class.. Hopefully it will be easy.. And then ENGL229 with Selina.. I thought it was super boring but she thought it was interesting.. We'll see about how that goes..

And then ended at 4:30pm, so me and Selina went to check out textbooks at the village.. End up she go buy at bookstore and then I went to ECON255..

The class has like 200 people and I don't know a single person! (Except Anna, but she didn't see me so I was sitting alone).. The prof was okay.. This term all my profs seem so much better for some reason! I dunno why.. Maybe schedule is working out..

Then went home dinner with Debbie and Bern, who's back from LA.. Had pad thai pasta and chicken balls.. And then went home, slack, do nothing, chat with people, look for books.. Did a tiny bit of SOCI paper, and then 10+ went piano..

Now gonna watch Marriage of Inconvenience (MOI).. Watched episode 2 today, now at 3..

1st day of school

First day of school! Last night slept at 11pm but next door was super loud and noisy.. Dance party.. Cannot sleep properly, woke up at 9am+ very tired.. And then showered, went to SOCI..

Now SOCI is at BUCH, not at Geography building.. Go over exam and paper stuff.. Paper is now due on the 21st! Not my birthday!! :) And then finish early, slack in the computer lab.. Printed the Winter Sonata piano score.. From Beginning Till Now..

Then ECON 301 at 11am, prof is rather humorous.. But dunno what he was talking about. Funny diagrams.. Blehh.. I hope it will be a good course.. And then 12pm went to bookstore to find Debbie..

I signed up for a credit card and got a free UBC sling bag.. Good for schoolbag.. Luckily I never buy :) And then sold my ENGL112 book for $36.. Not bad..

And then Debbie met her friend to exchange textbook.. And then we went into the bookstore and I checked out prices for my books.. And we went to the SUB to eat.. I had beef teriyaki rice.. Checked airfares.. Not that expensive!

Then went to sit GEOG 103 with Debbie.. The prof is so super naggy lah!! Almost fell asleep.. I was doodling on the paper all the way.. Then we went to Brock Hall to check something, took the bus home and piano for awhile..

Came back and I slack online.. Oh yes, forgot to mention.. Yesterday I came back to Vanier and checked my mail.. And I got Shuyi's Christmas card!! THANKS!!! And Dasmond Koh's Christmas present, a book written by Lingzhi and himself, with his signature there.. Sadly, he spelled my name wrongly!! Arrgh, what's with Singaporeans and spelling my name?!?!?!?! :@

Anyway, just got back from dinner with Debbie. I had potatoes with chicken stirfry, except I asked for more veggies so he gave me only like 2 pieces of chicken but it's okay lah.. Nice to see everyone at the caf again..

Oh yes, me and Debbie's arm muscles are sooooo sore from moving yesterday.. Hers is left arm, mine is right arm.. Upper arm.. My muscles are all hardened already.. Aiyohhh..

Now, going to slack for awhile and then piano abit then sleep early.. Need to wake up early to check out the other prof for ECON302.. 8am class! Yikes.. I hope my classes go well tomorrow so I don't have to headache and change courses all over again..

Last day of holidays.. Back to Vanier!

Ah, last night we were watching NGs of Winter Sonata, and then we talked in the dark from 2am to 3am.. About allowance.. Interesting.. And then sleep.. Alarm rang at 7am, but I just switched it off and we slept till 10am! So tired lah..

Got up, ate one sausage each, and then went out to Shoppers and the Village.. Got toothpaste cos 39cents only.. And got them toilet paper.. $2 each.. And then went back, cook luncheon meat and crabmeat.. So salty!

And then moved most of our stuff to Vanier at 12+.. Then bus back again, write card for Selina, and then moved a second time, and it was raining ice! And then the sun came out and we saw a rainbow!! But my stuff in plastic bags got soapy and wet cos I had a bar of soap in there.. -_-

Unpacked super quick in like 15 minutes, and then went back to Gage again at 3+, and did laundry.. Selina came back around 4pm, and she just stoned on the bed while I stoned online, waiting for the laundry..

Finally done, then Selina went to sleep and I went back with so many bags and sorta wet laundry.. Spread it all out on my bed and at 5:30pm me and Debbie went to dinner cos we were so hungry! Back to Vanier caf food!! No need to cook then can eat liao, and no need to do dishes, so shuang!! :)

Had Dhirend's pork stirfry and noodles.. Pretty good and it's so much compared to what we cook! Still can finish.. Then Aubrey came to pass us some gifts.. Then went my room slack slack, then they left..

I slack online, clean up my mess, then wrote about 1.5 pages of my SOCI paper.. Random paragraphs.. And then I had ice cream! Dig from my humongous tub hehehe. Gonna drama abit.. Marriage of Inconvenience.. Dunno nice or not..

School starts tomorrow! Aiya, sian, must buy books.. Must see how my classes are, see if I like them.. I hope I do, so I don't have to reshuffle my timetable!

Winter Sonata: DONE!

Ahhhhh! We just finished watching Winter Sonata! Last night watch till 12:30am?? And then sleep.. Today wake up 10:30am and then we started chiong-ing! From episode 14 all the way to the end..

We made lunch at 1+? I cooked sausage, luncheon meat and 2 eggs and fried the the rest of my instant noodles.. :) And then drama till about 5pm, then 2-hour dinner again..

I simmered pork chop, carrots and potatoes and LOTS of garlic in a pot.. Also threw in a hardboiled egg to make lu-dan and the yolk melted, making the sauce and everything eggy.. NIIIICE!!!!

And then back to drama, snacking on apples and chips.. Heh!! We are done!! Debbie was so gan chiong and she kept exclaiming.. But she was happy with the ending! HEHE. My recommendations are never wrong!!!

Okay, time to pack! Back to Vanier tomorrow!!!

Lazy lazy day

Last night end up didn't watch Winter Sonata.. Debbie had some stuff to settle so we went downstairs and used internet there.. She do her stuff I watched Steps.. Watched till 1am (episode 17) then went back home and sleep le..

Woke up at 12pm with a dry throat.. Then we went to check out prices of lozenges around the village and ended up going home cos we realized we had too much meat left and we had to eat it..

I cooked half a packet of noodles, celery, sausage and luncheon meat.. Not that nice.. Then watched TV till 2:30pm, then I went to the bank to pay school fees by myself while Debbie piano-ed.. Came back and bought lozenges for $2.. From Shoppers..

Went to find Debbie, then she was trying Winter Sonata songs.. And then I went back alone to watch drama.. Watched till left the last one!! Then 6pm went to prepare dinner.. Cut up chicken, celery, carrots, potato, garlic and onion..

Cooked it in such a way it became a stew or something.. Niiiice. Then clean up, and watched the last episode of Steps.. Kinda cute ending! And then I cut fruit, and Debbie cut fruit.. Lag until now the Winter Sonata not loading.. Debbie on phone, me chatting..

West Van + Downtown Adventure

Last night we drama till episode 11 of Winter Sonata, till 12+am and then Youtubed.. Then 1am+ started talking in the dark, talk talk talk till 2am then sleep.. Reluctantly got up at 9+am and then shower..

10am we set off to West Vancouver to visit my homestay! We got on 99, then 98, then 257, then walked around in PR for awhile then I got on 254 up to BP.. Reach there around 12+, just sat and talked with Mrs T. Well, most of the time she did the talking.

And then she heated leftover turkey soup and we had that with salad.. And then I stone around, then left at 2pm. Went PR find Debbie, then we went downtown to walk walk..

Dropped by the Art Gallery to see see, took a lot of nice pics of buildings.. But apparently some turned out blur.. Oh, and while walking from one mall to another, we saw a huge plank of wood fall from one of those highrise building.. It missed this man by the hair and another smaller plank fell down and hit a bush.. We got so scared.. I'm so glad nobody got hurt..

We were also in Sears department store and we were ambling about when Debbie heard this announcement about freebies.. So we hurried up to the 4th floor and they were doing a demo on microfiber clothes.. It was a mop and we each got a small-ish piece of microfiber..

So amusing to watch, it was like a live version of those TV shopping shows =.= Spent 15 minutes there and then we left.. Walked around Pacific Mall, then went to hunt for food.. Oh yes, in this shop, I saw $1 yellow chunky flip flops but I decided not to buy it.. Too many slippers!

Food court had nothing much to eat so just decided to try New York Fries.. Not that nice, not much taste, the cheese was weird.. I like cheese fries better.. Finished eating and went to Skytrain home at 6pm.. So early but we were super tired!! Reach home at 7pm..

Burning pictures now, or else camera will run out of space.. Then talked to Ppl.. Now waiting for Debbie to finish talking on phone then we will chiong more Winter Sonata!! :)

Rotting @ home

Today I spent about an hour researching my genetics stuff and then watched food channel.. And then Debbie came back and I watched episode 15 of Steps and then we watched Winter Sonata.. Watched epi 9 and then went to cook dinner..

Cut up pork chops, potato, celery, onions, garlic and green pepper.. Fried them all together with black soya sauce.. Not bad.. Then we continued Winter Sonata.. Just finished episode 10, now going on..

Tomorrow go visit West Van!!! Lalala. Oh and my WMST mark came out, got 80!! YAY!!!!! Not a bad average now ;)

Noisy night

Haha, let's blog about my hilarious dreams again. Well, last night Debbie and I finished episode 8 of Winter Sonata and it was exciting! Then I went to sleep at 1+am.. Those stupid cheenabaskets came back making a loud din and I got awoken at 3:30pm, when Debbie went to sleep..

Then I fell asleep again and dreamt Debbie and I were in this Mario-Maple adventure house with quests to do.. One person was doing this "test" of playing a little curved piano with only 5 keys, it was mounted on this fine dining plate with thick edges.. (Too much Food Channel).. And for some reason the person was playing it with the left foot.. only the big toe, 3rd toe and the last toe, playing alternately (like scales)..

Debbie asked me if I wanted to do that and I said OK, but when it came to my turn I didn't and so Debbie went on and I went to explore elsewhere.. This station with a woman with red and white roses, you could pick one and smell or do something with it.. I wanted a red one but the last person had used a white one so she didn't want to take another red one so she gave me the white one. Strangely it smelt of jasmine flower.. Like a huge white rose which smells of jasmine.. (Too much Steps)..

And while Debbie was doing the toe-piano thing, I was trying to kope travel magazines of those paradise beaches stuff (too much air ticket stress and Flight Centre visits), but when I turned them over the it turned out to be only like, sale brochures?? (Too much Boxing Day shopping)..

Haha, and I dunno what else.. At 4+ Debbie said I was mumbling in my sleep: "Why should I cry?" LOL and she said I turned over to touch a plastic bag then went back to sleep.. I was putting my MP3 player away in real life.. And at 5:30pm I got rudely awoken again by the stupid loud voices of the cheenabaskets. Poor Debbie had not gotten any sleep at all (this part is not a dream)..

I got up and opened the door to yell and them only to be faced by a series of backs and luggages heading towards the door. The stupid b*tch was like "sorry sorry.." I slammed the door and went back to bed.. Told Debbie about the hilarious dreams.. She told me about my sleeptalking.. =.=

Now we are up at 11.. Amos called me to ask about books.. -.- LOL. Gonna go library.. Maybe eat + shower first.. But NEED TO START ON THE STUPID GENETICS PAPER DUE ON MY BIRTHDAY!! (Yes, so sad huh!)

Day 1 of 2008

Whee, so last night I felt a whole lot better, We counted down watching TV and took silly stupid videos!! Just the 2 of us, and with Pooh bear.. Like that Mr Bean episode, you know?? And we spent the first hour of 2008 watching Mr Bean on Youtube hehehe. And then slack and I watched Steps till episode 10 I think..

Then slept at about 3am, Debbie still online dunno what time.. Then I got up at 9am, then drama, and then ate a plain wrap.. And then went back drama 2 more episodes.. Finish 14 liao! I'm watching it so fast! Hehe.

And Debbie the pig sleeps till almost 1pm and then got up.. We lazed around and then got up and went out on a food hunt at 2pm+ cos we were sick of cooking and didn't know what to cook..

Silly Village foodcourt was closed so we ended up eating McDonalds. What a way to start 2008! LOL I had Big Mac meal with unsalted fries, super oily and I squeezed out the oil as usual. And then we went back at 3:30pm, piano for a while and then went home to drama.

Winter Sonata, watch from episode 3+ till now, 7+ le.. My fav episode is 8, so gonna cook noodles and eat and then watch climax! LOL It's like almost 10pm.. Oops.. ROFL.

Debbie's showering, me go cook noodles! I hope I don't get too full and still can watch.. Drama marathon goes on!!!! :)
